Called them almost three weeks ago to set up a maintenance schedule for our forklift and to come out and repair a hydraulic leak. They had us submit a credit app and then they said the area rep would come by to see us. We submitted the credit app within an hour. Still waiting for the area rep. Guess they don’t want our business.

Excellent service. Melvin was the person that came out to my warehouse. Super friendly and professional. He did bunch of maintainance work on my 10,000 pounder Toyota forklift including installing a charger on the forklift and a keyed ignition switch instead of push button. I will use them again with ease.
