The employees are more interested in talking to each other or on their cell phones than doing your nails.
I asked my tech to cut the sides of my toenails because they tend to be ingrown and were causing me pain. Instead of cutting out the overgrown nail like EVERYONE ELSE he only cut part of it so that it was still hanging on by a thread and then RIPPED IT the rest of the way out. It was very painful and the pain kept on for days and now, a week later, my toe has been infected for a few days at the site he ripped the nail from.
