Subs Now

Only go here if you like cold bacon and to be told that your sub was toasted when it’s not. They microwave everything, just watch. And apparently not long enough.

Initially, you drive towards a fuel station that seems to cater more towards truck drivers. You walk in and approach an unseeming counter in the back left corner of the convenience store. Be sure to make your presence known in order to receive any sort of acknowledgement and to proceed with your order. You will not be swept off your feet with customer service.
The options are slightly more limited than what you may find at a large chain sub shop. The breads are the basics: white or wheat. If you are getting a wrap it seems a little more interesting with plain or garlic. The selection of meats and cheeses seemed to offer a little more variety, pretty much your basic ham, turkey, tuna, provolone, swiss, american, and pepper jack. The meat and cheese is definitely layered on. Vegetable offerings for the sub was lettuce, tomato, and/​or onion. They offer sauces (ranch) and oil/​vinegar mix. Prices average about 6 bucks for a 12inch. I went during 2fer Tuesday, so i got 2 subs for 7.99. The oil and vinegar mix on my Turkey sub was delicious.
Definitely an awesome value, 2 subs for 7.99 on Tuesday!
Based solely on the product, I would like to give Subs Now 4****, but until they can raise the level of customer engagement and interaction, 3*** stands.
