Great customer service. I went in around lunch time just to pick up pizza dough to make at home, they were fast, friendly, and threw in the to go packets of parm/red pepper etc. It was perfect, couldn’t have been a better experience. thanks!

We walked into Divine at 7 p.m. on a Monday night and we were the only customers in the place. That should have been our first clue. In fairness, this place wins lots of awards(allegedly) for its pizza(sign on the door said ‘Rated #1 Pizza in Sonoma County’), and we didn’t order pizza, so perhaps shame on us for not trying this restaurant on its strongest area, but we ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were poorly done. I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce. The spaghetti itself was cooked adequately and the sauce wasn’t bad, it just was really bland. Not a strong enough tomato flavor, not enough hints of garlic or oregano, just ho-hum average at best. My wife ordered the«Sunburst» pasta dish which allegedly has won awards at the local county fair. The menu advertises this as a dish served in a creamy tomato sauce, so you’d normally expect pink to light red. Apparently not here as it was as white as alfredo sauce and had no taste of tomato in it at all. The sauce itself seemed to have some sort of chemical taste to it, so we immediately sent it back and the waitress was nice enough to take that off our bill. My daughter ordered the spinach alfredo, but the pasta wasn’t the normally expected light green but was instead the normal bleached white wheat pasta. I didn’t try it, but she’s somewhat of a connoisseur of alfredo and said it was just average at best. She only ate about 1⁄10th of it before she gave up. For my 5-year-old son we ordered the children’s cheese ravioli. This was perhaps the greatest travesty of the lot. The ravioli itself was just average, but what they smothered over it was immediately recognizable as a can of tomato sauce with no seasoning and no cooking time applied at all. Even for me, who is usually somewhat forgiving of all foods Italian, one whiff of my son’s ravioli had my stomach churning. This restaurant isn’t without its saving graces. The décor is nice and casual, they have a decent beer and local wine selection, and their Caesar salad dressing is incredible(home made I think). Also the garlic cheese bread that came with our meals was very good. One note about the salads though, the menu implies that a salad comes with the meal but when the waitress gave us Caesar salad as an option she didn’t tell us it was an extra charge. Sort of dishonest. That said, we were very hungry when we arrived after a day rafting on the Russian River, so we were less picky than normal and not a single one of us ate more than ¼ of our dishes. We were hoping the waitress would pick up on this and offer us more than taking one dish off the menu, and we didn’t wish to be rude and send all four dishes back when they were so clearly struggling for business, but suffice to say we won’t be returning. Oh and before I forget, they’re EXPENSIVE. Even with them taking my wife’s dish off(I was the only one who ordered alcohol and it was only one beer) our bill still topped $ 50, which is outrageous for two meals, a children’s meal and a couple drinks. Especially as appalling as the food quality was here. If you have other options for Italian food in the Healdsburg area, please exercise them because this place is an utter waste of your time. Frankly I’m shocked anybody would give this restaurant anything more than two stars(again unless it was for their pizza which we didn’t try.)

Very pleased with our pizza and service. We had three different kinds(two off the menu and one pepperoni) and all were very good. Really can’t complain about anything.

It was food with no flavor. The garlic bread was just mozzarella on bread and the pizza was tomato paste with no spices. The wait person was very nice and the restaurant was clean.

Our family used to eat here when they cared about quality, but in our opinion the majority of food and service has gotten so bad that we don’t go anymore. The pizza is still good though.

DiVine is one of our semi-regular after work casual(as in, «we don’t feel like cooking tonight») dining spots in Healdsburg. Nothin’ fancy, but fills the bill(or belly). I’d like to give DiVine 2 ½ starts, but Unilocal isn’t set up that way(so Unilocal gets 2 stars for lack of resolution) My opinion on what to order and what to avoid: SALADS — Tasty and plentiful. Caesar or Southwest are tops for us. BURGERS — consistently good ½ lb burgers on Costeaux buns. Can’t go wrong here. FRIES — sometimes a bit soggy, particularly if you go for the garlic option. Hotter oil, please. PIZZAS — An interesting choice of toppings and specialty pizzas. Not bad overall, but the crust is tasteless and uninspiring(think«frozen pizza» crust). Probably would be more interested if it was a thin cracker crust or had a bit more chew to it; or sourdough. If I want pizza, I’m generally getting it elsewhere in town. PASTAS — Have pretty much given up on ordering any of the pastas. The pasta is overcooked, and then drowned in sauce. There are several better pasta options in Healdsburg. HINT: Bring a bottle for dinner — no corkage fees(although I suggest you include the value of the wine for tip calculation). You might even grab a bottle from Tip Top Liquors if you forgot to bring something from home or your winery visit. HAPPYHOUR: Good deal on drafts. I believe that it runs from 4pm-6pm, but you should confirm before going if that’s what you’re up for. Here’s the latest online menu(current prices might be slightly higher than shown)

Divine Pizza is a hidden gem on Dry Creek Road in Healdsburg. I think it is one of the best values in town and was especially glad to spend some time with some out of towners there not too long ago. It is casual in ambience, but it is seldom without customers. EVERYTHING on the menu is hearty, full of flavor and so good. I love their pasta, the sauce is so similar to my secrtet recipe bolognaise, with rich flavors, perfectly seasoned meat, onions and mushroms in a rich red sauce. The homemade soups are perfectioon and with a salad make a good meal at lunch. They have pizza, hot wings, etc, nore goodness than I have time to list. They have a good local wine selection as well as beer. And, when the game is on, they have the game… They also have weekly lunch and dinner specials daily a, ong with newe menu choices. Divine pizza is, in a word, DIVINE…

Ordered a carry-out pizza and salad while staying in a nearby hotel a couple months back. The staff on the phone, as well as in the restaurant/bar area were very friendly, fun folks. It looked like a decent place to grab some food and beer while watching sports. Unfortunately, when I got the pizza and salad back to the hotel room, I was very disappointed. First, the size of the pie was quite small, given the $ 17 or $ 18 price. And the quality was just poor. Cheap ingredients, doughy, flavorless crust, bland sauce. I don’t mind paying a gourmet price for pizza, but I expect something better than I could get with the typical national delivery chain places. Likewise, the salad was completely uninspired, with large chunks of iceberg hearts. The overal impression I got was that the cooks just didn’t care. They didn’t respect their ingredients or the final product that came out of the kitchen. Skip this place.

Have never eaten at the restaurant, but had the chance to eat their amazing food at a wedding! Yes, they cater. I had NOIDEA! I was impressed … with the staff, with the food, with the presentation. These guys stay on top of things. Kudos! Thank you Michael and David for taking such good care of my dear friend and her daughter’s wedding last weekend.

Made first visit to Divine on Aug. 24, 2012 for lunch. Had not been inside building since it was Tip Top Café(yes, I am old). Had the chicken taco salad. It was a very good version of this restaurant staple and was distinguished by its freshly cooked, juicy strips of chicken breast. In a welcome twist to the carb conscious, instead of the ubiquitous tortilla bowl, this salad featured a handful of tortilla chips. Served with a nice chipotle dressing. Service was pleasant but staff removed soiled utensils from plates and placed them on the table to be used for the next course. This is such a common misstep in sub fine dining restaurants yet it could be corrected so easily by training staff.

Divine Pizza is very popular in Healdsburg, and having lived there for many years, I have been to Divine many, many times. The restaurant is in a good location(super freeway close), and is quite large, so there is most always seating immediately. It has a sports bar type of feel to it, as there are large TV’s playing whatever games happen to be on. Because of it’s spaciousness and very laid-back atmosphere, it’s a popular place for families. With all that being said– the casual and fun dining experience– the food is simply mediocre. I’ve often experienced the pizzas as being undercooked, and the salads offered are average. Regardless of the food itself, however, it will still continue to be a popular place, and I’m sure I’ll find myself there many more times, in the company of friends and family. Essentially, you don’t go here for the food.

I lived in Healdsburg for a few years and at at Divine twice. The first time my experience was okay. I was with a group of people and we weren’t sure what to order because we all wanted to share. The server was nice enough to answer some questions we had and also let us taste a pizza sauce we were curious about and didn’t want to order without tasting. The food was tasty, a bit overpriced in my opinion but the bummer was I got sick after eating there. Everyone else felt okay so I thought perhaps it was just me and something didn’t agree with my stomach. I didn’t go back for a while. When I decided to give them another shot, I went yet again with a group of friends and ordered a variety of things. The food was okay but we ALL got sick afterwards, almost immediately. I have not gone back since.

Divine has horrible customer service. I give them 1 star, only because 0 stars is not an option. I bought a sheet of coupons from rotary club, one of them being a buy one get one free from anything on the menu from DiVine Pizza, and they refused to honor it. We talked to the owner and he also would not honor the coupon that they had agreed was alright to print. Everyone that we talked to was incredibly rude, and not apologetic. On top of that they tried to charge us twice for the same beer. DiVine needs to shape up their customer service. I’m never going back, and I suggest you do the same.

Lost one star for not updating the menu. If you don’t serve something anymore a sharpie would have worked fine. Mushrooms on hamburgers do not go with american cheese, why no swiss? It was extremely bland, mushrooms weren’t even seasoned.

We happily visited this hidden gem on Mothers Day afternoon — you might just drive right by it like we have as it’s wedged between a gas station and historic Tip Top Liquors warehouse but has plenty of parking once you make the right turn into it. The $ 8.75 ½ lb. burgers(which are $ 9.99 in most other HB places) w/fresh bakery quality sr. dough buns are really great, only $ 2. for a PINT of Coors Light(3 — 6pm) and service was good.reat. with 5 big screen tv’s in full bar area you won’t miss any action however we chose the dining rm. cause we just quietly wanted to eat. Only giving 4 stars cause the fries and onion rings that come with were greasy and overcooked. Next time we will get their salad, also included. Prices are fair. O ther folks pizzas looked«divine» indeed too. Kathie and Ken M. /Healdsburg locals

Had one of the best burgers ever here, the Black and Roux. There must be a smoker in the back with a load of bacon in it as the bacon on this burger was the bomb. The burger was cooked to perfection and the meat was amazing as was the blue cheese and the side of onion rings. There were some mystery seasonings on or in this burger that made it taste amazing. The place is in a great location and has plenty of parking spaces. The gals working there were as cute and helpful as they could be. This small town has turned out some impressive young ladies. Finally, the locals there acted right at home and you know that can’t be bad. Can’t speak to the pizza but oh that burger was way up on the yummy scale.

Some days I like Divine and some days I don’t. It’s really hit or miss with them and it all depends on how busy they are. I get take-out from them frequently because they are close to my house and their Crispy Chicken Salad and Caesar Salad are delicious. That being said, they always screw something up. The salad I get comes with either ranch or honey mustard, and I tend to think it tastes best with honey mustard. EVERY time(until about a month ago) I have ordered this salad, they have forgotten to include the dressing or have given me ranch, and I get this salad almost once a week. Now, this is a problem when you send your boyfriend to pick up the food because he doesn’t care to double-check. However, I am a firm believer that if you order something and specifically request a dressing, it is not YOUR job to check and make sure that the restaurant did THEIR job. I have a feeling that they may have caught on, because miraculously they have started not only giving me the correct dressing, but way more than I need. Much appreciated. I am now stocking up like the world is coming to an end so the next time they do forget, I don’t have to get mad. In any case, for the most part, they are usually polite. However, if you go on a Friday or Saturday night and they are busy, they don’t really give you the time of day. They will let you stand there for five minutes without saying anything to you and acting like they are too busy for your business. There is a gentleman who is always sweet and service-oriented but some of the girls are not the same. In any case, if you’re looking for a great salad or good food, go here. And if you get food to go, make sure you check the bag!

Been there done that, food was ok, service was adequate, and the price of wine is a rip off. I’d rather have a DeGiorno frozen pizza at home with a cheap bottle of red.

This was a nice surprise finding this place. We meet another couple that has a small kid and our first choice on Unilocal was not a kid friendly one so we ended up here. The wait staff was very nice and we were seated promptly. Lots of choices on the menu to be had. We tried all the food that came to the table. I had a BBQ chicken pizza, my usual pick and it was definitely one of the BEST I have had. The wife had pesto chicken salad really liked it. The other couple had a pesto, olive, feta… um no meat pizza. I tried a bite and it was good. As an appetizer calamari and onion rings. Both really good. No room for desert tho.

You are getting your 4th star back. THANKYOUTHANKYOU for hiring the new brunette girl. She doesn’t suck. The pizza is fabulous, and if you haven’t been in there in a few weeks, you need to stop in, there is a whole new list of gourmet pizzas. The spicy sausage one, is a pleaser for me.
