Starbucks

Worst baristas ever. They are more concerned with talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. Why does it take more than 20 minutes for and ice tea. I guess the manager doesn’t care about this store or their customers. Worst Starbucks ever.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. The veteran staff have been there for years, and the younger staff are fun and always have a smile on their faces. I live in Healdsburg, so I’m here often. They know my name and all of my drinks by heart. It can get busy here during days that there is nice weather because of the tourists, but other than that you can’t ask for much better service and coffee beverages than this Starbucks.

Get the Peach Green Tea Lemonade — yummy and great on a hot day or any day for that matter. This is a great alternative to coffee. The service is good as well.

I just about had a freakin brain aneurism only due to the fact that online it specifically says open till 9pm, yea, I know, who the hell needs coffee at that hour? Well, I do! Unfortunately they close WAY before 9pm… I am… heartbroken. That’s my only real complaint.

I’ve bought maybe 10 or 15 cups of coffee here so far… you know, «in and out» — I can’t even remember anything that happened except I got my coffee and left. I probably should have had my coffee before I went in so I could give this place a proper review but I am an early morning guy. It’s like I’m in a fog in the morning — I cannot hear sounds, see faces… I just crawl into places to get my coffee. Starbucks does the job.
I did go there one evening with Sofie and we had coffee. The people were very friendly… not sickeningly friendly like some places, but «home friendly» like you might expect from someone you know. I also like it that the place is sometimes deserted… that way I don’t have to fight people for the milk to put into the coffee. Life is good at this Starbucks.

Totally rude and condescending staff on Sunday morning. They have a lot to learn about how to treat a customer. Won’t ever go back. Would rather drink 7 – 11 swill.

Ah, Starbucks. Young staff. What can you possibly expect? I came in and ordered a grande iced coffee. That’s it. 5 people working. After my order was taken, four of them went to the corner of the shop. The other went to the back. No one was behind the counter at all. The 4 people were just giggling and laughing away. I’m the only customer. The one who went to the back finally came out and made my order. «Sorry for the wait». There were no orders ahead of me. Customer service here truly suck.
2 places visited in Healdsburg and both were crappy. Amazingly crappy… with flying colors kinda crappy.

Would be an awesome Starbucks if it weren’t for the one employee constantly yelling «good morning, happy (day of the week)» and ferociously trying to upsell food.
I know what day it is and what’s on your menu. I appreciate the effort, Just tone it down about 75%.

What I like about this Starbucks is the always flawless service. The lattes are always good.

I’m a fan. Everyone there was wicked friendly. Made a last minute change to order and they were totally cool about it. Very accommodating.

Large location, one of most friendly Starbucks staff I have ever experienced.

Been here a few times. Morning… afternoon it doesn’t seem to matter. Slowest starbucks EVER!!! Today I went in on my lunch break for a frappucino… why did it take 25 mins when there was nobody in line ahead of me and only 2 people waiting for their drinks. They were even «fully staffed»!! What gives???

I frequent this Starbucks where I chill out and listen to music. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommended.

Stopped in here yesterday around 11am; it was fairly dead IMO, which is great so I didn’t wait long for our drinks. Friendly cashier lady, as well as barista making the fiancé’s grande nonfat no water chai :)
Huge location, ample places to sit and relax to enjoy your drink of choice… plust a huge wall of retail, score! Highly recommend this locale, they get it right here… i’ll def be stopping in here on future north bay trips.

Starbucks coffee is always good, and it is conveniently located in the Safeway shopping center, so you can take your latte with you when you shop, but I don’t go very often. They always try to upsell you, and even when you say no to the first offer, they offer you something else. Feels a little pushy…

Solid spot. Cheery staff and lots of room. Located in a shopping plaza so surroundings aren’t anything to write home about, but the service and convenience make it a good option.

I don’t like to support the corporate machine, but this Starbucks has the nicest people working here. I know you can say that of most Starbucks, but these people are also intelligent!
The coffee and snacks are the same as any other Starbucks.

I have to say I always get a little creeped out every time I come back to the Starbucks in Healdsburg because there is always someone from my high school or someplace there, and yeah, it can get a little awkward.
But no matter. There’s plenty of space inside to keep to yourself or be outgoing; the seats are comfortable, and it’s always pretty clean inside. The bathrooms are all right. I’m never too crazy about Starbucks coffee, but they do a regular job at it here. All I have to say is, if you’re a regular, just go for the Gold Card… it’ll pay off soon.

The early early morning staff pisses me off a little, or maybe I’m just not awake enough when I have to go in there at like 5:45 am to communicate my needs.
Later morning staff is friendly, and seems to know all the regulars by name.
The early morning black coffee is actually pretty damn good (although volcanically hot — ask for a few ice cubes in there if you want to drink it in the next half hour!) the specialty drinks are good. They listen when you order, and ask questions if they don’t understand.
Knowledgable about their products, and pretty fast.
