Terribly slow service. Steak was very dry and should have been coated in sauce to chew it. It should never take 50 minutes to get your food.

This was one of the best LongHorn’s I’ve been too. Our waiter was fantastic and very attentive and my steak was cooked perfectly. We were able to get in before the dinner rush, so I don’t know how the service is during that time, but we got our apps, dinner, and drinks at a reasonable time and well paced for the meal. We’ll definitely come back when we’re not up for cooking steak at home.

I don’t often go to steakhouses but I had the pleasure of needing to stop here for a particular errand. I’m a vegetarian which makes the menu obviously limited for me. That being said, the Parmesan crusted asparagus is to die for! The service was very nice as well. Our sever DJ was very accommodating and helpful. The Americano Texan themed décor is not my thing, but I did particularly like the tables. I can’t speak for the menu overall as I only had an appetizer but I can say my overall experience was nice.

The food is horrible. When I ordered a pick-up order, I asked for the steakhouse burger with no tomato or pickle but I got a PLAIN hamburger with pickles only? The hamburger was so pink that I didn’t even eat it and the bun was disgustingly soggy! And not to mention they gave me bread, but no butter. Also, the fries were really soggy and tasted horrible. Some of them were COVERED in seasoning and some had none at all. $ 20 for a meal I didn’t even eat. I wish I would’ve checked it before I left there. The only reason I gave one star is because the guy working at the bar was nice when I picked it up.

Service was ok but the food sucked, the strip steak was so spicy it was utmost uneatable, the potato soup was so thick when I put it in a spoon and turned it over it stayed there it was also cold the service was ok but the wait time for the crapy food was long. We have always had good food at the longhorn in Columbus, don’t think I will be back to this one. The manager did adjust my bill and offer to make me another steak however there is nothing worse to me than sitting at a table with people eating and I get my food when everyone else is done.

Service was really spotty food was good Got here around four in afternoon Ordered the rib eye steak now thus is fun because I wanted salads I got a plate with a steak on and that it When do you not get a potato and veg on the plate The prices are high Who decided that we do not get a well balance meal So for $ 17. I got meat and salad

I’ve always had too notch service here. The bartender Nate and the 40-something blonde that works the late shift are both excellent and very attentive. The steak and Mac n Cheese are amazing. The only down side to this place is the steep prices but you get what you pay for.

I should’ve written a review the FIRST time we went here, because it would have been at least 4 stars. The service has always been good and the food is what is to be expected from a steak chain, not bad, but certainly not the best. Couple weeks ago, I order their new special, «Porcini Portabella Ribeye»(ribeye rubbed with porcini dust, brushed with balsamic butter sauce and topped with a cedar-grilled portabella) it sounded like a great selection! It’s a smaller cut of ribeye which is STILL more than I can handle, but nonetheless, ready to approach it. The picture on the menu shows the steak COVERED with mushrooms but that is most certainly NOT what you get. This one arrived in front of me with no portabella anything. Seriously. So as much as I hate to send anything back, I was compelled to in this case. It rearrived with a tiny portabella and a little brown sauce(guess that’s the balsamic butter sauce). REALLY disappointing, but I dug in and made the best of it. At least it was cooked the way I ordered it – medium. Last night, I wanted to give it another go(not my brightest hour – maybe it was that chardonnay I had at the bar while waiting for a table). Ordered it medium, as I always do, and it arrived blood red in the middle. WOW. Too raw to eat. Tiny portabella mushroom, sliced, in brown goo on top. Again, I despise sending food back as everyone else is usually done by the time it appears again… and of course, that is exactly what happened. I told our waiter I would keep my baked potato so I had something to munch on, but he told me that it was policy to bring a new potato. Huh? I don’t get that since they brought me back the SAMEEXACT steak? Waste of food since I didn’t touch the second spud. And ya know what? It ain’t that great after all. I learned my lesson-never order that again. They don’t seem to have it mastered yet! Service was verrry slow, they were crowded, guess that’s the price ya pay. Too bad. It didn’t have to be that way!

The service was a bit spotty but it was an off-peak time when we got there. My main complaint was with the spices they drown the meat in. I had no idea this was the«default setting» for their steaks — but both mine and my wife’s were saturated in some sort of Longhorn-branded salt-pepper-spice. Ruined the steak. Salad was a bit wilted… everything seemed off, even the iced tea.

It had been a while since I’ve been to a Longhorn Steakhouse. But from what I remembered… it was pretty good. This particular location opened up recently in Heath and my parents wanted to take me here for dinner. I eagerly said«LET’S GO!» The restaraunt was decorated beautifully inside! Very country, home-like feel! So much to look at. Our server was a sweetheart and very knowledgable with the menu. I ordered the salmon with a rice pilaf, a side of vegetables and a side salad. It was pretty much amazing! Will definitely be back to this place!

Glad to see this open up in the Heath area. Ate there for lunch a few days after grand opening and all was well. The staff was friendly and the service was great. The food as always was fantastic!
