This Lowe’s is worth the drive, can’t even compare the service to any Lowes or Home Depot anywhere on the East side of Columbus. Might take me a little longer to get here, but I can get in and out with what I need in altogether less time and without the aggravation. Much better people working this store, by far the most helpful out of any Lowe’s I’ve been to. My coworker, after breaking her leg had to resort to knocking things off high shelves with her crutches to get some help in the E. Broad store… I won’t go there anymore, or to the Reynoldsburg one. Not when there’s this one.

Great store… People are helpful… Town sucks… Bathrooms are horriable, dirty and damaged … Sorry but it’s true at least clean them a bit. If stalled are damaged, replace them the painted over look is horrid!

Granville, OH
This is our go-​to store. We’ve gotten to know a few of the staff members (in lawn and garden, particularly) because we are there so often. All are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Deliveries are prompt and the guys on the truck are always helpful, too, in unloading the items. And the home services department is top-​notch.
