Park Lanes Bowling Center

The customer service was great. We were here at 1 pm on a sunny Saturday and had the whole place to ourselves. In the summertime kids bowl free. Only cost us show rental. Pool tables is 7/​hr.

Employees were nice and restrooms were clean. Sunday they have a good deal…$ 7 a person then .25c a game, shoes rental, sodas and hotdogs. They could use some more arcade games and an ATM.

Came here looking to have a good time with the family, instead I faced some of the worst customer service ever, from the lady working the snack bar.
This worker was downright rude and unprofessional in handling my order. She would not stop interrupting me, talking to me with an attitude, as I ordered and confused me (I was ordering for 7 people). Maybe if she had stopped interrupting me and listened, she would be able to get what I wanted. Just when I thought I had all my food ready and was heading back to my party, she yells at me from across the counter claiming I owed her 25 cents. I was so flustered by then, that I gave it to her and left. Even my friend was asking me what her attitude was all about. Anyway, then I come to realize, she had in fact overcharged me… you guessed it…25 cents. So not only can she not do her job in a professional manner; she can’t do simple math either. Seeing that she was way rude and crossed her boundaries a long time ago, I complain about her to another employee who decides to bring her over to apologize. And as I’m explaining to her why I felt she was rude, she keeps trying to talk over me… all over again. So that doesn’t solve anything and I decide to just thank her for coming over and resumed my game. People like her need to stay away from customer service and do everyone a favor. It’s too bad. The place is nice but the customer service ruined it for me and I do not recommend coming here because of this.
