I saw a swing set in today’s paper and when I went online to find it, it said no one had the one listed on sale. I used the toys r us online chat and they told me the Heath store had one. I called the Heath store and the manager confirmed that they had it. I asked them to hold it and drove 30+ miles.
When I arrived, the salesperson who had checked availability told me he was sorry but that he didn’t have the correct parts for the one on sale, but he’d sell us the next size up for the same price. Exceeded my expectations, as I was suspecting a «bait & switch,»

This is a great ToysRUs, really Heath in general is quickly becoming my go to place. For anyone in Pataskala, even Pickerington this is totally worth the drive when shopping for kids toys. For one thing, this store is less crowded and much less picked over than others in Columbus, so chances are when other stores are out of that hard to find toy your little angel must have, this one probably has it. Not only that, but you will actually be able to find it since the people working at this store are willing to show you where things are, even go get it for you from the back when it’s showing in inventory but MIA from the store shelves.
