I have never been so disappointed, this was my favorite pizza. The have a new cook and I didn’t know it. I ordered a large house special, brought it home and the three of us ended up in the bathroom within an hour after eating it. I called them and told them. The you g girl said the manager was not there so I lefty name and number. Never herd from them. Be careful, there are other pizza places around, why get sick and spoil your evening. Gary K

I have ordered takeout here a few times. I am very pleased with their pizza. I have never sat in the restaurant to have the full experience with the waitstaff. But certainly don’t have anything bad to say about the food. The pizza has good proportions. If anything I was little put off that they weren’t very busy on a Friday night that I’ve gone in, to see all the staff standing behind the counter hanging out while the one person was running the register. So I really don’t have much to comment on the service.

Meh– okay food. New improved wings were an interesting texture but super greasy. Grinders here are good. Cant remember what their pizza tastes like because there are so many better ones around town! The takeout girl/guy always seems to mess up our order– boneless vs regular wings etc…

Solid, old-school Greek pizza parlor… We ate in, and were one of only a few groups of people in the restaurant at 6pm on a Saturday night… they did have a brisk take-out going, however. THEGOOD Generous pizza toppings. Great-tasting pizza. Friendly service. THENOT-SO-GOOD WAY too much mozzarella(if that’s possible, but it’s true) on our pizza… almost cloying. No soda re-fills??? By-the-bottle, which is very expensive. Our Calamari appetizer had LOTS of peppers and not a lot of Calamari! . BOTTOMLINE Decent place to enjoy a quiet, relaxing dinner. .

I normally order my pizza from davinci or Georgia’s but last week while shopping at teds I decided to give Angie’s a try. i found the pizza to be terrible. not enough sauce but somehow the pizza was still mushy and tasteless. I’v heard there under new ownership ship so I’d probably give them another try. But davinci, Georgia’s or plum tomato are way better.

This was my first visit to Angies… I was pleasantly surprised by the wait staff our server was patient and informative… a big plus. A vast menu offers plenty of options… I love plenty of options to choose from… gotta mix it up. Beer & Wine are available, I had the Sam Adams«Cold Snap»… it tasted like: MORE! My dining partner went for the sausage n peppers — needless to I snuck a bite and lemme tell you, it was hard to stop at one! My Capicolla sub was awesome-overstuffed with fresh meat and crisp veggies. Fries were pretty standard but good. Prices were fair and our chow came out quick… It is a bit of a ride but now declared a regular stop!

Angie’s was once my favorite place for pizza and i have been going here my entire life, but now the new sauce is repulsive and the bottom is always burnt! I guess I have to find a new place for pizza now because I am never going here again!

I pass through the Route 66 Hebron area several times a week, and on the nights I don’t feel like cooking I occasionally stop in at Angie’s Pizza in the Ted’s IGA plaza. Angie’s has more than Pizza, of course; their pasta is excellent(available as spaghetti or shells) and they serve it with sauce, mushrooms, meatballs or sausage, available in small and large sizes. Their Italian dinners are usually excellent, but my favorites are their salads. Turkey & Roast Beef and Grilled Chicken are some of my top orders, but when I’m in a mood for something with a little more zip, I’ll get one of their Taco Salads, either Beef or Chicken. Angie’s also has Greek specialties: Spanakopita(spinach pie), Moussaka, Gyros(pita bread with roasted meat) and occasionally Pastizia(a baked pasta with white cheese sauce and Mediterranean spices). My only beef is that they don’t always take special orders well. I always request my salads without onions — I can’t digest raw onions — but the signal sometimes gets lost between the front counter and the prep area. Their default for mos salads is with onions — an when they’re buried in the salad it hard to just pick ‘em off. The restaurant recently underwent a little redecorating; the comical wall illustrations are gone, replaced with a neutral marbled pattern. The rest of the area is shoulder height paneling and a divider running up the center. Seating is booth only, making large groups a little difficult. The waitstaff is courteous and helpful if young — mostly students. The kitchen staff has been very stable, making the product very consistent. Angie’s is a great place for families and couples, or for takeaway orders. Just make sure before you leave that they get your order right if you have special requests. The food and service are generally first class, and certainly the prices make the trip worthwhile. –Perfesser
