Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Interacting with these folks was an ideal experience. Unfortunately, I met them after sliding on ice and damaging my own car. The demeanor was very understanding and kind and was exactly what I needed at the time. The agent supported me in assessing my needs for transportation and outfitted me with appropriate equipment. My generous thanks to the team.

On time minimize your wait time. In and out very quickly. Will always consider using Enterprise

Enterprise crew is always on time and on target w/​a friendly smile and fast service. The car is driven to the front door, warmed up and ready to go. Nice touch when it is 10 deg outside. To make it a customer centered adventure they have to start dropping off customers at the front door instead of the rental car pick up /​drop off neighborhood which is thousands of steps away from TSA check in. You read that correctly: Thousands of steps. Try dragging, pulling, carrying luggage, heavy coats, kids, stroller thousands of steps. It is not customer centered to put us thousands of steps away from the terminal. It may be convenient for the airport but not at all easy for the cu$tomer.

I had a great experience at this particular Enterprise Rental Car. I flew in on Thanksgiving day to surprise my family for the Holidays. I had reserved a car via Expedia when booking my flight. There was a shuttle bus waiting once I got my luggage. There wasn’t a lot of other travelers but I was glad to not have to wait again after a long day of traveling. The driver was sweet and friendly as we made the short drive to the lot.
The store manager, Kevin, assisted me immediately upon arrival. He was friendly and quick, but made sure to cover necessary logistics with me. I would be returning the vehicle outside of their office hours so he explained that the car rental company next door had a 24 hour shuttle that would take me to the airport. He also let me use a coupon although I had a problem pulling up the code on my phone. His courteous gesture was not lost on me and it was greatly appreciated.
I had no issues with the Nissan Altima I rented for the weekend. I had no problems with returning the car and the price Kevin quoted and what was on my paperwork was what was final billed to my credit card. No hidden fees or agenda was charged to me unexpectedly. I will most definitely use this Enterprise again whenever flying into Cincinnati and I need a rental car.

I ended up having to rent a car last minute and drive back to DC. The people at the counter were awesome and even made a bad day good with their positive attitudes. I have rented from other places at CVG due to price but I highly recommend spending the extra dollar or two and getting Enterprise. From the time I walked into the door to the time I drove away Kevin was very attentive and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for a better rental car experience.

Rent from here 3 – 4 times a year and always go out of their way to be helpful. Loaned me an umbrella for the day and also let me try our different vehicles then I had been assigned as I was in the process of looking for a car and driving certain cars for a few days helped me narrow my choices.

This location is always great. Fast, friendly, efficient.

Twice I have had issues at the Cincinnati Airport with delays or flight mix ups and twice the staff here has gone out of their way to help me find a car/​jeep to get me to my next connection, despite being sold out. Traveling weekly, it is always nice to recognize those rare bright spots of exceptional customer service!

*WEEKLY RENTAL* I have used Enterprise Car Rental in the past & the price just doesn’t seem to be beat anywhere else. At CVG (Cincinnati Airport) the shuttle picked us up at airport, took about 5 minutes to reach Enterprise office, we had our car within10 minutes. New vehicle, unlimited miles, great price and upon return excellent, courteous, expeditious service. Their parking was being redone so I parked in lot where cars are stored so agent greeted me at door and brought car back with my mother so she wouldn’t have to walk far. They printed out receipt and shuttle driver was waiting to take us back to airport. Couldn’t have asked for easier service. I will continue to use them & recommend to others.

I’ve used this Enterprise twice on business trips and have been quite happy with it. I always rent from Enterprise when possible as I usually find their prices very good and the service excellent and this location is no exception. Very friendly staff, super quick and out, no problems. The cars I got both times were great, no surprises. If I find myself in the area again I would definitely continue to use them.

I was offered a free upgrade upon arrival to the parking lot after the shuttle ride. Upon return the attendant printed off the charges and asked if that looked correct and it was higher. Apparently the free upgrade was not noted on contract. The attendant went inside and resolved in about 2 minutes and the charges were as quoted. The shuttle drive was extremely courteous and wanted to assure complete satisfaction.

First, a warning: This location is NOT in the airport. It’s just a short ways down the road from the airport. This isn’t a problem — it’s literally 4 minutes away and they have a shuttle with an awesome driver. Just be aware that the normal airport car dropoff is not where you’ll be headed for enterprise.
Anyway, we dropped our rental off here, and had a slight problem (the price was different than what we were originally told). Everyone was friendly, professional, and helped us resolve the misunderstanding, and an hour later I had a voicemail thanking me for being a customer, and letting me know the price had been fixed. Awesome. I will rent from enterprise again, and wouldn’t hesitate to use this location again.

Frank R. L.A. I have used Enterprise almost exclusively for some time and my most recent trip was a reminder of why that is. They provided me a four wheel truck as I’d requested. Due to very muddy conditions the particular type truck wasn’t adequate. When I contacted them both, the Hebron, Danville KY offices went out of their way to locate a truck, have it delivered to a convenient location (gas tank full) and then arranged for me to drive it back to the pickup location (2.5 hours away). No extra charge. The people of Enterprise are tops in my book. Great attitude, exceptional old fashion friendly customer service. Thank you, thank you!

Being from NY, I’m used to surly people whose faces haven’t seen a smile in years. My flight was late into CVG was late, but there was an Enterprise shuttle waiting for me when I got to the rental car waiting area, and whisked me away to the nearby pick-​up location (about 5 minutes away, maybe less). Once I got to the pick-​up location, I was greeted by an agent right away (what, no lines?! okay fine, I was in Northern Kentucky, but still) — I think his name was Jason? Super friendly and asked me where I was going (Dayton airport to pick up another friend), and showed me a different route than what the GPS was showing to avoid the rush-​hour and construction traffic through Cincinnati. He even warned me not to be alarmed, because I would be driving through Indiana for 4 minutes. Drop-​off was also a cinch, probably took 2 minutes tops, and another shuttle was already waiting for us. The shuttle driver cracked me and my friend up. He asked us where we were traveling to, and then told us he would say a little prayer for us to get home safely. I’m pretty sure he was serious (we are in Northern Kentucky after all, people!), but we appreciated the gesture.
All in all, a super easy rental experience. Highly recommend Enterprise!

I rented a car in Indianapolis Indiana for a quick weekend trip to see my kids at school. Unfortunately, due to traffic we were diverted to Cincinnati and suddenly my rental car went from $ 90.00 to over $ 300. I always rent from Enterprise and I understand they have to charge me a drop off fee yet I felt it was way too high. I will think twice about renting from enterprise due to this experience.

Well, the service of the staff was pretty good. They were very friendly until i had a problem. My problem the false advertisement on the website. I reserved a LARGE SUV (Suburban, Yukon, etc) for a trip I was taking, when I got there they gave me something smaller than a minivan. Ended up having to take two cars anyway which defeated the whole purpose of me renting! I won’t be doing business there again.

They are the best!
