Waitress was nice and food was fine, but we waiting over 50 minutes for the checks to be split. Obviously a big group of college girls will be on separate checks. Ridiculous how long we waiting on our checks. Do not come here for a bigger party.

Serious lack of service here! The bartender was not professional at all. I sat up at the bar and witnessed her deny 4 different people coming up to the bar because their waiter/waitress had not got them refills on their beer/soda. Instead of just asking what they wanted, she said they would have to order from their server. Seriously? Just get their drink and tell their server afterwards. I watched her go back to the server station and complain and make fun of PAYING customers! If you are going to do that, go in the back. The ONLY reason for the 2 star rating is based on the food, which was great. If you want to get accosted and harassed by buffalo sized woman, Helena, this is your spot!

Service was amazing. Drinks were great. Atmosphere is still great! The food was like a big pile of salt. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Great service & good food. Have never been disappointed in any of our visits. If you’re adventurous I recommend getting the desert heat flavored salt on the fries.

Love getting a bite to eat at BWW but the customer service was terrible here in Helena, MT. The store owner should be embarrassed that his/her staff are allowing their servers to turn down hundreds of dollars of business because they want to go home at 10:30pm. Sad to see that an establishment like this will allow their servers to lie and accuse the customers of false facts. Customer service is key to a thriving business and this BWW location failed in every way possible. I’m surprised that the majority of the staff hasn’t been already fired or that the location has closed its doors for good. You don’t turn down a group that will bring you hundreds of dollars of business when your doors are open and you have plenty of room. That is business 101.

It’s a sports place and you have to listen to music instead of NCAA selection show. WTF? Find somewhere else for this…

Dinner Service, 7:00pm. Wednesday. Service: Typical of any corporate restaurant, the motto is making money by the hour, and customers are treated poorly. There are a variety of minor rules which the staff are quick to remind you of. Many of these rules seem based around serving alcohol. There is clearly a corporate routine to being the ideal customer, and the staff seem impatient when things don’t go accordingly. It’s all so militaryesque with absolutly no smiles, and straight to business. I also sat with a boisterous party of 10, which can never be fun for any server, but I’ve also been here before and sat with a smaller party and experienced the same harsh treatment. One of my dining partners got in big trouble for using an e-cigerrette, which I can understand, but I didn’t expect such a heavy handed response, as a manager come over to lecture the already embarrassed poor bastard. I came to understand the facility is totally tobacco free which seems ridiculous, given that a large portion of customers in Montana probably dip, which doesn’t really interfere with the rights of others as smoking does, even if it’s disgusting. I was also intrigued to see how this device qualified as a tobacco product. Perhaps, BWW Inc. is «concerned» about it’s customers’ health to be so draconian… which is truly ironic given the toxicity of this«food» they serve.(more on that in later, I diverge…) So, don’t expect amazing service, and remind yourself that if anything is worse then the endurance of being a customer at BWW for an hour or two, for just one time, it would have to actually be being an employee, for eight, nine, ten hours, for five days a week! Atmosphere: It sucks. Loud, and often times very busy, which I’m perplexed to understand because of the poor service, horrible food, and all at an enormous cost. I’m still trying to figure our why customers would come here and pay for such punishment. There are both booths and tables, and a «bar side» and a «family side». There is a patio area, in the parking lot, where I assume the staff will completely ignore you forever while you escape to enjoy the sounds of traffic. No tobacco here either, so don’t get any ideas. The walls are filled with televisions. There are electronic games you can play while you wait, and wait, and wait. There is a bar, and if you’re cool, you’ll go straight there without making eye contact with the servers, because the bartender seemed less concerned with all the alcohol rules then the wait staff, and you can start formulating a nice buzz to forget what drove you to this madness in the first place. You might even get served a bit quicker then the other poor souls who where unlucky enough to come here. Little wet napkins are provided to clean up all the misfortune that is coming out of the kitchen, but customers should still head straight to the head for serious upchucking, heaving, and the other gastrointestinal distress that will surely follow. Menu/Kitchen: Disgusting. It’s industrial chicken. If you haven’t seen the inside mechanics on how industrial meat is processed and obtained, you’re fortunate, and enjoy your bliss, and your chicken wings, you ignorant slob! If you’re intelligent, you know better. It’s all basic soylent green style chicken wings, and you basically choose from a variety of equally uninteresting and heavily processed sauces to hide the so called meat in. There are other menu options available as well, like processed hamburgers and even a kid’s menu too. The best thing coming out of this place is the beer, and at a hefty price too. Guess you should have gone to the brewery instead. Oh here comes our order, finally; look at all that steamy, gooey chicken. It’s saturated in wet and sweet and sticky sauce, and the actual chicken is dry and overcooked, of course. … Could I just have another pint instead? Oh, No? I’m at my limit? Of course I am. The ideal customer: One who isn’t concerned about their health or their wallet or their self esteem. Perhaps, a weakling who can’t stand up to the crowd and say«No way, that place sucks; let’s go anywhere else.» Maybe some single guy that is only there to pick up on whats-her-name who’s getting off at 10:00… Perhaps some obnoxious drunks who want to really punish themselves on the Hot Wing challenge, and who look forward to the opportunity to be kicked for breaking some rule. Prices: It’s corporate, so you’ll pay a lot for unimaginative junk food with no nutritional value. Oh; the drinks aren’t priced either, isn’t that clever? Oh… what’s that? I didn’t tip? Sorry, about that. It’s not because I don’t like you or anything; I’m telling you that I pay top dollar for a smile and an experiance and also you should work somewhere else. Apologies, my dear; let me take you out to a real restaurant instead, so you can see how service really works, okay? Experience: I hated it. I’ll avoid this place at all times. I don’t even want to look at it. You know you can do better!

So my coworkers decided to eat here for supper. I was reluctant to go due to my previous experience. However, this experience is by far much better than the last. I ordered the exact same thing. My fried pickles were nice and hot and the wings were delicious. The waiter was awesome and made sure each of our orders were perfect. They seated us in a better location so we weren’t getting bumped into constantly. I don’t know what changed between then and now, but keep it up!

Chicken wings are one of my favorite foods but in this case — Not so good, I ordered a small wing order with blue cheese dip and Thai Curry sauce too. The server forgot my Thai Curry sauce and never did bring me celery sticks. The blue cheese dip had some sort of sweetener added — Yuck! And the wings were hot but undercooked and if I had to guess they were the cheapest chicken that could be had, felt and tasted like they were full of «plump me up» adders(not natural chicken at all). I felt a bit sick to the stomach afterwards. To top it off I ordered a glass or Cabernet and it had the oddest flavor of any I’ve ever had, it was awful. Don’t think I will ever eat at one of these restaurants again.

I ordered for pick up. Great phone service. Great service when I went to pick up. They did forget the ranch so double check your order.

Monday night football. Greeted nicely at the door and proceeded to the bar. A cute female bartender took my order immediately. About ten minutes later came back to check if I wanted to order food. I like that she gave me time. As it turned out, I wasn’t. I liked the way she poured the draft beers, ensuring the glass was filled to the brim. My order was taken, Sliders, and came out amazingly hot and quick. The other thing that grabbed attention was the produce. The sliders come with red onion, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. All very fresh, crisp, and with good color. Overall very good experience. Recommend!

They are slow at getting a drink to your table and its crowded to a point of being uncomfortable at times. The food is absolutely disgusting and not even worth the stomach and other body pains that ensues after consuming the pig slop. If its wings you are looking for find a different place.

Had a horrible experience here this past weekend. We’ve had bad experiences in the past and I don’t know why we keep giving this place a second chance. But after the 3rd second chance, we are done with this place! We came in on a Friday evening. The place did not look that busy. We waited over an hour for our food only for 5⁄6th of it to arrive. One of our guests never got his food. We had to flag the server down to let her know as she never checked on us to see how the food was. It took another half hour for this person to finally get their dinner. So it took 1.5 hours from ordering to getting everyone’s food. My burger came out COLD. I sent it back and had to wait 20 minutes to get a new burger. When the re-fired burger came out, none of the things I requested the first time were on there. I asked for potato wedges and got cold fries. After taking 2 bites of this salt-lick of a burger, I conceded and threw up the white flag. I gave up. The server took my dinner without even acknowledging the fact that I had only taken 2 bites of this new burger and never asked what was wrong with it. The manager on duty came out to speak to us and told us that because there were only 2 people in the kitchen, there was nothing she could do and her«it is what it is» attitude did not sit well with us. Who only staffs 2 people in the kitchen on a Friday night? We will NEVER go back to this location. EDIT: 10÷8÷13 — I just noticed a review made by another Unilocaler about their HORRIBLE experience due to «Kori.» FYI, Kori was the same server I had who ruined our experience as well.

Even though this is a box restaurant, I still actually like it quite a bit. We always get great service, and while the place can be noisy on game day, the booths are large enough to give you some space away from loudmouth sports fans.(We eat in the bar area) I always get wings when I come here, and admittedly, I am not a wing connoisseur — but they have a good assortment of flavors and the wings are not bad. The one thing lacking with the wings is the amount of sauce — they are lightly flavored, I would highly recommend asking for a side of sauce(in your flavor) with your wings. Not much else to say other than expedient service and I find that it’s actually relaxing despite everything going on. We always have a good time here.

For those who have been to a wild wings in the past, it’s nothing different. Lots of TVs with sporting events, busy and pretty loud(if you’re looking for a quiet conversation, this is not the place). The food and service are usually pretty good at this location, especially compared to other BWWs in the state I’ve been to. I personally recommend the mango habanero wings and the potato wedges.

Way too old, I guess, to appreciate the raw commercial energy of BWW. Way to noisy for conversation. Mediocre food way to salty to eat without ordering more of its over-priced drinks, Way too many TV screens for anybody but an ADHD sufferer. Servings way too large to avoid obesity. I won’t go back to a BWW, again.

I go here for the burger and buffalo chips!!! YUM!!! I noticed kids enjoying their wait time with a hand held game. The place is noisy but I would expect this as it is a «sport’s fan» kind of place!!! Coke on tap… FABulous!!!

When a restaurant’s namesake is a particular dish you’d think they’d strive to get it right, being their supposed area of expertise and all. Let me start by saying that even though I consider myself a hot wing connoisseur, I am not a wing snob. Good wings are good wings after all. There are a few basic properties most of us agree makes a decent hot wing: a meaty wing, a tasty sauce, and a crispy exterior. If any one of these items is done incorrectly then forget it. Our wings come out of the kitchen soft and soggy. Blechhh! This is particularly unforgiveable because the restaurant was virtually empty when my friend and I dined there. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
