Worst service ever…
Even for McDonald’s…
They panic when they get more than 2 cars in the drive thru… Need better management.

Crappy McDonald’s, even by fast food standards. Guy at register was clearly on drugs. Haven’t got an order right the 3 times I’ve been there. Will not go back.

This could be the worst McDonald’s ever!!! The order is never right, the staff is rude and they’re always out of something… I’ve literally been to this place and they’ve been out of hamburgers. No joke. This location should lose its franchise…

This has the be among the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’m a Helena resident, and it is very convenient, but that’s about all this location has going for it. The service is lacking and very very very slow, especially in the drive through.
Not impressed with this McDonalds at all

The worst McDonalds ever. Our wonderful town of Helena deserves much better. The food, the service, and the management are all abysmal. Do not eat here.

It’s amazing how using computers can still mess up an order. The drive thru person had no idea how to punch in the number 3 on her register. She originally pressed 2 and we corrected her. Then she pushed the number 4, and it caused her to be rude and defensive. She was a «delight» as we asked her to repeat our order. To make matters worse, this poor service rubbed off on the rest of the employees as our order was completely wrong. Is this what happens when «these» workers are not offered $ 15 an hour?

Even-​though I still have not been to a McDonalds since my review, J.B. did reach out to me and apologized for the service that I had received at the restaurant he just purchased and explained that he was making changes (I drove by there last night and this was evident that changes were being made) and I felt it was very sincere. I saw he was also hiring some new employees and I also saw that the drive through monitor was also up and running and the grounds looked to be very clean.
Good service is very hard to find these days… but finding an owner willing to stick his neck out and accept responsibility for the absolute worst service and trying to right a wrong is commendable in my book.

If you have not stopped by in a while, please give this restaurant another try. I recently purchased the restaurant and we believe we have made vast improvements. If you try it and don’t believe the same, please contact the restaurant and allow us a chance to fix it. Thank you!

The worst McDonald’s in America. Poor service and can never get my orders correct. It takes longer but the Pelham location is much better. You would think that the manager would have realized this already.

I hate to even submit a review to a McDonald’s, since it seems that people have a definite love/​hate relationship with the place. Love the fries/​hate the squirrel mix added to them to give them that great flavor… so I’ll keep it brief…
Regarding this location:
Pros:
— Drive-​thru open 24 hours; so even when Tacos Tacos Tacos Tacos (i.e., Taco Bell — but tell me you got that reference…) finally closes, poor souls that find themselves in the after-​10-​pm ghost town called Helena will still be able to secure a bite that will mostly likely haunt them the next day.
— Your kids love this stuff, so at least they’ll stop the belly-​aching once you drive up.
Cons:
— The drive-​thru speaker has been non-​operational for at least a couple of weeks, as of this review. So expect slower lines (work-​commute mornings, especially) due to having to give your order to «person at window #1».
— Your kids love this stuff, but you probably don’t. The sacrifices of parenting…
My verdict — 3 stars. It’s provided me with a good (read, hot and fully-​cooked) breakfast on a number of occasions, but it’s still McDonald’s and fast food, so that’s all I can muster.

The people are always friendly and the food is hot and fresh. They have a good kids play area!
