I’m not going to lie their bagels are delicious. However, they obviously have never even heard of the term hospitality before. I have never left somewhere so aggravated before. The staff is downright rude and disrespectful. I’ve gotten better service at IHOP if that means anything. I will never return to this location. Oh yeah, their coffee sucks! I would highly recommend just going to Scenic Brew. They sell their bagels, have great coffee, and the staff is actually nice. Unlike the d-heads at Bagel Co.

Friendly service & decent bagels. Egg sandwich was a little overdone but enjoyed the tasty bacon on it. Solid coffee too. Main knock was quite a few dirty tables with not a ton of places to sit at first. Once they got around to cleaning up(some younger employees were just hanging around prior doing nothing) I settled into a booth at the window & enjoyed the snow outside for a bit. Had a secondary blueberry scone after the bagel(quite hungry that morning) and it was very tasty. Will for sure be back as it is a short walk from our hotel we stay at for work.

Never had a problem with any of the food or the staff. Everyone is always very friendly and the food is prepared and cooked well. Sometimes bagels get a little darker than store bought because they’re cooked there. Don’t get turned off by the eggs appearance. It’s all fresh and not pre-cooked or sitting under a heat lamp like some places. Sometimes the staff might be a little less enthusiast when you order 12 sandwich bagels with drinks and fail to leave a tip. Like I said great service and great food. P. S. I do NOT work there I just know how difficult customer service can be.

Ok I had high hopes for this place but let’s start with a double espresso is not 8 ounces a double espresso is 2 or 3 ounces. when I order a bagel toasted well, I expect to see it toasted and have a little crunch when I order a bacon and egg sandwich I don’t expect a rubber microwaved nasty old smelly egg and half cooked bacon and when I pay .50 for Avocado don’t put Crunch unripe avocado on my sandwich just tell me your out. Try having a little pride in your product someone is paying the bills on this business and as a customer I will not be back. FYI, I think all the 5 star reviews are from employees.

Very quick and friendly service. The place is clean with a good selection of flavored coffees if that’s your thing. Bagels and coffee taste great!

Fast, friendly, organized staff. CinnRais bagel with cream cheese, $ 3. Place is legit.

The bagels and coffee are pretty good. But much of the staff seems to be part of a prison release program or something. With one or two exceptions, they’re rude and completely unhelpful. It’s a shame, because it could be a really great place. As it is, we won’t be back.

Great bagels, bad staff. The one on last chance doesn’t have bad service imo, but don’t even go to the one by the capital. I cannot complain about the food: the bagels and sandwiches are awesome. But the staff seems like they’re bothered that you’re there. Last time the guy waiting on me was mumbling/whispering to me and I asked him to speak up or repeat what he said every time he spoke. Service is slow, and the employees seem to dink around and talk to each other alot. I got a coffee drink and the employee seemed unaware of how to properly make espresso, pulling ~12oz of water through two shots. Tables were dirty too, and the whole place just kinda feels dingy.

I went here a lot back in high school, but since I’ve been living out of state I haven’t been back until today. The bagels are just like I remembered: crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. They still have my fave cranberry orange! My latte was perfect & the atmosphere, though busy, was great for me to sit & get some writing done. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m pretty sure this place is what happens when you let college kids majoring in women’s studies or ethnic music of island cultures run your business. I just paid $ 9 for coffee(grounds included), a bagel with a pat of cream cheese & a smoothie. Verrrrrrry poor customer service, be prepared to ask for EVERYTHING because they’re not going to include it with your order, & don’t ask the prices of things unless you want to have daggers shot at you. Helena rules, this place does not.

The bagels are great, however if you aren’t friends with someone who works there, you can expect your order to take forever.

Best bagels west of New York City. Yummy soft boiled bagels even at 11am! On Fridays the are starting pizza bagels with open mic!

2.5 stars. The service level seems to be improving, particularly when the tall skinny guy(Chris?) is working. The service, overall, is still inefficient, and the bagels are still delicious.

Great bagels but the consistently bad customer service keeps me away. I have left several times without being served because the employees needed to finish their conversation or simply looked at me and walked into the back. When I do get served, I can expect it to take 10 minutes for a bagel and a latte, served with an indifferent attitude.

The best bagels in the world! «If it ain’t boiled it ain’t a bagel!» My favorites are the cinnamon sugar(with the large grains of sugar on top), chocolate chip, sun dried tomato, jalapeño. They also make really good bagel sandwiches, espresso, Italian sodas, etc. Lots of room to sit, but I always get mine to go.
