Domino’s Pizza

Always fantastic pizza from this location! Quick and ready on time. Tastes great! Friendly staff.

One of my pizzas was literally burned around the edges of the crust. Did not receive icing with the cinnamon sticks. Maybe you have to ask for that?

Let me say, That is take a lot to piss me off enough to spend the time writing something like this review! Congratulations… at least you can say you did a bang up job there! 1 star is WAY TOO FAIR! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on you DOMINOES! Do you watch your own commercials???
This was the worse Experience I have ever had ordering from Dominos. I should have followed my gut, and just ordered from Pizza Hut! At least they can get it right!
This whole debacle started when I initiated my order at approx 6:45PM 12÷23÷13. got all the way thru, and gave me an error, said try again in a few min, I did, same thing 3 more times, then I called in. after a bit of a wait, person said «yeah, we are having computer problems, we are not going to be able to take your order for another 15 – 20 mins, at least, try back then, click» after waiting approx 20 mins, I was able to place the oder, for it only to get here, at apporx 8PM, late, cold, and wrong! When I called in, to complain, I had to ask for the Manager not less than 3 times, finally some one arrived, (who knows who, sounded like they had food in their mouth) and told me that while he was sorry, it would be at least another hour for them to remake my order! that the were extremely busy (hmm, could it possibly be because of poor planning on your part, bad service, and wrong orders?)

1. It is not my problem or responsibility to keep your programs/​computers working.
2. It is also not my resistibility to properly man/​staff your restaurant.
3. It is not my responsibility to make the correct item for the customer.
4. It is not my responsibility to get it there on time.
5. it is not my responsibility to train your employees.
6. Are you not in the customer service business?
7. IT IS ONLY MY RESPONSIBILITY TO DECIDE TO ESTABLISH YOUR PLACE, OR NOT AND THEN PAY! Maybe you guys are doing just fine w/​out any of my business, and would be glad to give it away to your competition, because with the attitude, and responses I received today, that is exactly what will happen!
I should have looked here first, From the looks of it, so should you, Dominoes, CLOSE THIS STORE, Fire this staff, hire people that care, and make a good product!

2.75 stars. Dominos have been really trying with their ad campaigns to rise up from their place in the 2^nd level of hellishly bad fast food pizzas. (Disclaimer — IMO Pizza is like like S**; even when its bad its good) I really liked the ads where the purported CEO admitted that they sucked and asked for advice. So this evening when I realized that my homemade pizza dough wasn’t going to work due to non-​fresh yeast we decide to punt and order Dominos. Already tipsy, mind you. Anyway their web ordering system now allows tailoring of the level of cheese, toppings and sauce. The resulting pies were delivered quickly and accurately reflected my desire for light cheese. How did it taste? Better than expected! Of course they are not going to challenge a high-​end pizza place but I’ll give them an A for effort.

Went in for a to go order a couple of times. The staff is super friendly and can make awesome suggestions when you are trying to decide. I vote that Domino’s has the best boneless wings because they are baked and not fried. If you gotta eat bad at least make it not too bad.
