Lennys staff works while sick handling food. My daughter and myself went to the lennys off bandrera rd was a regular customer on a weekly basis never again. The staff works while sick and contagious and my 5 yr old and myself got strep throut the following day after the service of one of there cooks coughing in while making the sandwich’s contacted Lennys and was told anyone can get sick this is the state of customer service now days where company’s are to much about bottom dollar then the health of a customer shame on Lennys for encouraging employee’s to work while sick and have zero customer empathy.
I would not recommend this place ever and speak vocally of the health risk this place brings

I have had good experiences at other Lenny’s but this one has consistently been bad. They continuously get the orders wrong and they close before their closing time. I walked in before they had closed and all of their stuff was packed up already and I asked if I could get a sandwich and they said that they were closed. This is unfortunate because I really like Lenny’s and this is the closest one to me but I really don’t like going to this one at all.

Great sub, love the bread and relish. Will go out of my way to go back. There may be some more stuffed sandwiches elsewhere, but I will choose quality over quantity any day.

Fast service and friendly staff.
The taste of the food here is also consistent with other Lenny’s locations, and that is always pleasing. We usually order the chicken philly on wheat, the steak philly on wheat, the Italian, and a side of Jalepeno chips or Sour Cream & Onion chips. Thus far, it has always been a pleasant experience.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews! Staff was friendly and attentive (brought order to me; cleared my basket when I was done). This place offered deli subs and grilled hot subs. I tried the chicken Philly, on multigrain, which was grilled to order. Very tasty! They offer their own brand of chips and Coke products in the fountain. Military discount and rewards club offered.
Give them a try!

I’m very surprised to read the negative reviews on here. I love Lenny’s subs because of how fresh and soft the bread is everytime I’ve been. I love this location not only because it’s a mile from my house but also because the staff has been super friendly everytime I’ve been as well.
My favorite subs are the Famous Philly add mayo, mushrooms and peppers n Onions (try with the hot relish for a spicy kick) and Buffalo Chicken Philly (with lettuce tomato and Ranch).
I very rarely leave reviews but I find I always read them and often make choices based on them. I felt the need to leave one for this Lenny’s location based on my experience being much different than any other review.

Terrible Sandwiches. The bread is poor, the lettuce is always brown. I’ve never had a sub I couldn’t finish because of the taste. Lenny’s, congrats! Your my first.
Ps. Staff is extremely slow.

Been here twice. First visit, no white bread. Second visit, no jalapeños. Skimpy on the toppings both times. Unusually long wait for cold subs. Not sure I’ll be back. Better subs at the HEB deli across the street.
