Icy ice cream, one of my worst pet peeves ever. You’re an ice cream shop, how does it get icy when people are constantly ordering every single day? Are you telling me nobody else likes Jamoca? It’s coffee ice cream, it’s delicious! More people should order it so it doesn’t get all icy bits. When I pay for $ 4 for 1 scoop of ice cream, I’m expecting happiness on a cone, that I did not get. Not coming back, the one on Florida is better.

Does this 31 Flavors have a Dunkin’ Donuts inside? Is there one close by Hemet area that has a Dunkin’? Hoping to find a Dunkin’ that I don’t have to travel 45 miles to get to. Please post if you know. Thanks.

This is my 3rd time eating at this location. It has always been clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The store has been open each time I visited. I would come more often, if ice cream were healthier. Chocolate peanutbutter is my favorite flavor. Great customer service.

Worst shop ever the are never open when the times say it is suppose to be and the customer service is the worst. The tall lanky guy behind the counter basically called me stupid because I made a simple request of putting a waffle cone inside a large cup right side up since I walk with a cane its easier for me to hold a cup you would of thought I asked for him to cut off a finger instead of let me have a 50 cent shake cup!!! Needless to say we will not be buying anything from that store again. Oh and come to find out the guy is the owners nephew!

The hours of operation say until 10pm and this shop is closing at different times. Example they are closed at 915 on a Friday night… a couple of months ago closed at 8 pm???

My mom went today to get an ice cream cake for my sons birthday and it was closed at 3:50 in the afternoon. There were no signs saying that the location was closed and even online said it was still open. When I called I got an answering machine and even the message gave normal operating hours. What gives?

I just wanted to say that I came in today at 3:09 and the doors were closed and the lights were off. There were people inside last night… There were no signs saying out to lunch.
I was pretty upset since I was looking forward to ice cream all day and wanted to try the new flavor.
In the past, the sales people have been friendly and the store is clean.

I always love this location — staff is friendly, greets you as you walk in the door. Every employee has been very friendly — gets the orders right and of course the ice cream is the best!

Service here is great. The guy helping us out was very friendly. He was also very patient when my son couldn’t decide upon which flavor to choose. I like this Baskin Robbins because it is clean and inviting, unlike other Baskin Robbins establishments I have been to.

Went in today to Baskin Robbins to purchase a ice cream cake for a birthday, as it has been a tradition, I walked in and they have all the lights turned off, only the outside light to light the inside. I asked to have something written on the cake. I was told he did not know how, only the manager could do it. I paid $ 22.95 for a very small cake. They can’t pay enough to hire someone that can spell and they are so cheap they will not pay to have the lights turned on for their customers? Next time I will go to Dairy Queen!

Love this location. The one on Florida is dirty and divey. The guy at the counter is extremely nice and personable. The store is always clean and the staff is pretty quick and customer service is great.

Stopped by for an ice cream. I waited for about 10 min for service. There were 2 employees and 2 customers in front of me. No one said hi or offered to help us. They were more interested in the young girl they were flirting with. Save some time go to Baskin Robbins at Florida and San Jacinto area.
