Went there yesterday around 4pm and there was already a «We are closed. Thank you for your support.» sign in the window.

Wow premium ice cream made to order. Some of the best tasting ice cream we’ve had. Very nice and clean place with pleasant service. We will be going back for certain. The only thing they need is a frequent buyer card to build repeat business. A little more expensive but worth it.

Hands down the best ice cream I’ve ever had! They make the ice cream, flavored with the flavor you choose, right I’m front of you with liquid nitrogen. It’s more creamy for sure. I got he banana Nilla with Capt’n Crunch. Tasted exactly like banana and Nilla wafers. My friend got the pumpkin spice with cinnamon. Great place to go for fresh ice cream and a new experience. I could see how they might get a little bogged down if they were busy. But you get what you pay for. This isn’t fast food. It’s about fresh food and the experience. Can’t wait to try new flavors and options as they add on. Medium sized banana Nilla on the left, small pumpkin spice with almonds and cinnamon syrup.

from personal experience I would prefer this ice cream quality over any other place. it’s extremely fresh and creamy with no crunchy ice feeling nor was it overly melting which I hate from most places. the vibe of the shop is very hip and clean for hemet which is highly needed around here. the server was friendly and he immediately introduced the shop and what they do. considering the fact it’s being made in front of you and the quality time isn’t something to complain about, I’m sure it’s a process and a fun one at that(kids love seeing the process). if you’re an impatient person I’d consider going at a more suitable time for you.

This is a really clean shop with the creamiest ice cream. And fun to watch them make it fresh. So good!

Update:(they closed down) very shortly after their grandopening. Failed quickly. Let me tell you my experience here… I was excited to try this place. But I left very disappointed and so did the lady after me. (The only good thing about coming here is the ice cream itself. It is suuuuper creamy soft.) I tryed the strawberry rose flavor which is very light and subtle in both strawberry and rose flavoring and very enjoyable. The salted caramel flavor was also a great flavor choice. It tasted like a great blend between sweet with a hint of saltiness. (If I did this review on just the texture and flavor of the icecream it would be 5 stars) and if its made right I think it is worth the price but my review is also on my experience and customer service I recieved. Lowered to 3 stars for the fact the staff was not trained or prepared what so ever to be making ice cream in front of customers. At one point while both girls were making it the dark haired half asleep smaller girl who’s attitude and looks reek of *I hate my job I hate my co worker who keeps randomly singing and I have no idea what I am doing*…anyways she said«its stuck its stuck and is this right? «to the other larger girl Brynnea(just to identify who’s who) .In Brynnea’s bowl of ice cream it started making a weird sound and tumbled and fell off the machine and she looked at me like that wasn’t suppose to happen. They knew they didnt have their act together and I can only blame the manager for that since he is in charge and is responsible of his employees. I got 2 medium size ice creams they were $ 5.50 each and they said I could get a free topping on each ice cream which I did not receive discounted. They both started making them at the same time. One was done a lot sooner than the other so if you come here with more than just yourself just know that all of your ice creams will be melted only one might be firmer. And the portion of your ice cream depends on which employee makes your ice cream and if they even know what they are doing. They barely get any business already and they have a sign twirler out on the corner and huge balloon bouquets all over! Inside and out! And its dead.(I kept my disappointment to myself) i know not to really complain to these workers I rather talk to the manager for these mistakes. The lady who came in after me was also very disappointed in what she received and the service she got. She even stormed out very mad. (When I first came in I said how I saw Eskimo on Unilocal and how i couldn’t wait to try it(i didn’t say I would be reviewing it too) but she mentioned a bad review someone left on here and said for me to ignore it because it was one of those kinds of customers. lol but i quickly found out how I can relate to the first bad review on here. Its our opinion and our experience we had and if many customers can relate than they should really take it into consideration and fix the problems.) They should not have opened until they knew they were completely trained and confident in being without the manager and how to make the ice cream they are selling and how to consistently have similar portions depending on size. They need to be a lot quicker. I’m sure if they knew what they were doing they wouldn’t have upset customers. They should be able to serve a family of 2 in a timely manner especially when its not busy. So that they can both be eating their ice cream at the same time. Instead the one got her ice cream first and was already almost done with it by the time she got the other ice cream for the other person she was with and they were not even similar in portion for being both mediums. Ughh. This place needs serious help before it’s too late. They have a good product but they need to have better customer service and know how to work the darn machines!
