We very rarely ever go to fast food… my daughter has autism and I know that when she says she wants something i have to give her it or she does not want to eat it… today she said she wanted a chili dog as we were leaving Target. We make the Venture across the parking lot we go through the drive-thru and as I’m paying I noticed the person handling the food is not only not wearing gloves… he wipes his nose and then proceeds to pat down the french fries that are in the bag before he places them in the bag. I tell the woman at the window that is a health code violation she should be wearing gloves she gets the big bad shift supervisor who then comes over to the window and tells me I am wrong he doesn’t have to wear gloves and then I said he just wiped his nose and put food in the bag with the same hand that he just wiped his nose with can you tell me how that’s sanitary… the shift supervisor proceeds to tell me to move my car from the drive thru cuz I’m holding up his car delivery times I proceeded to tell him but it’s also not sanitary to handle money and then place my food in a bag he said I never handled your food I said yes you did I just sat there and watched you put my food in the bag with the same hand that you were just handing the cashier money with that is disgusting… Bible we just a health test… so you’re wrong here’s your food now go… obviously the health code inspector was not there when this went on and I pray to God that next time something like this happens the health code inspector is there so they can close this place down… you do not wipe your boogers and then handle food and then the shift supervisor is counting and handling money and then using the same hands to put that food in a bag that is disgusting you guys need to go back and get your food handlers card and learn how to manage a restaurant or fast food place whatever you call yourself… I just wasted $ 7.66 because I threw that food in the trash I’m not feeding my daughter food that has boogers all over it you guys are gross

They are pretty good, but they’ve been slow lately. I spent 30 minutes in the drive through when there was only 4 cars, and on my second visit they took 15 minutes for my order. It might be the new staff.

I LOVED this place! I asked for extra cheese on my chili cheese fries and they don’t mess around :) got my money’s worth

I always come here for the yummy dipped hard shell ice cream cones. The cotton candy one is delicious, it does taste like cotton candy but it also tastes like white chocolate, which is my favorite kind of chocolate so I loved it.

Service was good and quick and the order was correct. There is not much to say, it is simple food. I love the greasy chili cheese fries and will not upgrade them for 20 bucks more. It is a little ridiculous that the specialty dogs are 4.00. For that price you can buy a pack of buns and dogs. Oh welll, gotta love the chili cheese dogs!

This place has great customer service and food all together. I love their food! Best thing is the chili dogs, but I do wish they didn’t charge extra for cheese.

Came here on sunday, we went through the drive thru. As we are ordering the girl keeps asking«Is that it?» Im sorry but this makes me feel like I was bothering her. I could of gladly gone to McDonalds. Also it was sunday and I ordered the chocolate sunday for $ 1.99 and she charged $ 2.59. Not that it was a big deal but if she. Was paying attention maybe she wouldn’t make these mistakes. The food was great overall just unhappy with the customer service.

I get my usual corn dog, kraut dog and chili cheese fries with a pepsi, no problems. We’re good.

Always have gotten great service but the staff on this visit spent time chatting instead of paying attention. And when asked about how much chili they put in their food, she said we follow the pictures in back on how much to put in. I received literally a 1⁄3 of what all locations put on their food.

Been here twice, and it was basically average for a Weinerschnitzel. Not fantastic, not bad, just average. Speed of preparation was below average-to-average, and customer service was about average. Typical Weinerschnitzel, through and through.

It really does make me miss CA, not having these different food options. Always a good choice, though I prefer In-N-Out to Weenie land…
