Okay I have changed my opinion! Fresh Cub Subs is the BOMB! By far the best sandwich shop in Hemet! Their bread is great, the meats and super lean and tasty! Their veggies and toppings are quality and so good! They also have a crew of pretty hard working nice people! Best part? They take Subway coupons and other competitors coupons! Woo hoo! I will never eat at any other sandwich shop again!

Easily the best sandwich place I’ve eaten in a long time. Courteous staff. Great bread great portions. Everything you want in deli. Come here often. You won’t be disappointed.

#18 all the way, no onions and Xtra mayo. I love that they have cans of cherry Pepsi at the counter. I call in my order and it is always ready when I arrive. The staff is usually clean and friendly. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for.

Their subs are really good. I love the bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Every time I visit I always enjoy my subs. I have never tried the sides tho. One thing I’ve noticed is that their staff is not the best. It seems as if they really don’t care if anyone is there listening to their personal conversations which includes foul language. Good thing I always take out because I wouldn’t enjoy listening to them. A good place for takeout subs :)

Best sandwich in the San Jacinto Valley! You might pay for it, but you pay for quality! Bread is crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Veggies are always fresh and the deli meats taste great!

Had a great experience, ordered 3 whole sandwiches two turkey and cheese and pastrami. They honored a local competitor’s coupon which was $ 6 for any foot long which resulted in an $ 8 savings. Had a great quality sandwich at a big chain fast food price.

I use to frequent this place all the time even though it is very pricey. The subs are great and I love just how they make them. We had a problem one time where we went in 10 minutes to closing and the two employees obviously in a rush to leave already cleaned and packed their stuff away and denied us service. Ten minutes is surely enough time to make a few sandwiches. I wasn’t going to push it because I don’t want my food messed with so we left. Knowing the manager pretty well we told her on our next visit what had happened to us. She must have handled it because it hasn’t happened again. However, our last few visits the place is dirtier that it use to be there are a lot of young kids who aren’t the best at customer service. One girl who looked kinda weird came out of the back with a guy who looked even more strange she went to work on our sandwiches without washing her hands and he sat way in the back corner of the restaurant but I got a weird feeling about what could’ve been going on in the back. It just was odd they both ran out of the back like they just got caught by their parents doing something wrong. Eerie feeling while eating my food don’t think I will be going as much and maybe more in the day time when manager is still there. I don’t trust the night staff.

So it’s not the cheapest of places, that’s for sure. However, if you don’t mind spending a bit more on your sandwich, it’s WORLDS better than Subway! Fresh Cut Subs actually lives up to its name — overall, every time I’ve been there, I’ve felt like it tastes fresh. As for the actual taste of the food, I really enjoy the quality of the«components» used to make the sandwiches. They have a great, complementary flavor, and I feel like they make an effort to have a really high-quality, great-tasting sandwich. Also, just another little bonus, their bacon — it’s crispy! I mean, I can’t tell you how much my forehead explodes when I get limp bacon. Why even make bacon if it’s limp? Fresh Cut Subs gets that! They make an extra effort to provide crispy bacon on their subs, and it’s AWESOME! Definitely another one for our«return to» list.

Maybe this place used to be good, but when I went, it was filthy, the counter girl was covered in food splattered clothes and she was so slow, I was afraid she had taken root. I told her I was on a lunch break and would she please get a move on? She smirked at the other customers ahead of me and said she couldn’t move until her coworker got off the phone. I left. Hope this place shuts down!

This place is my favorite. Great sandwiches and customer service. WAY better than subway, because their sandwiches actually have flavor. They put way more meat than subway or quiznos does on theirs. Vegetables are fresh, and they are very clean. Best place in the area to get a great tasting lunch!

Have been loyal customers of Fresh Cut Subs since 2007. Went into this location on 6 – 19. The young man Matt was very rude. After I ordered my 2 sandwiches he continually tried to talk me into the daily special. He kept saying it was a better deal. I told him I did not want nor need the drinks and sides. I just wanted my two large sandwiches. He would not let up. I left and called the other location trying to reach the owner. I left a message for him to call me. When I went back inside the shop to inquire what the young man’s name was the girl told me, but when Matt came out from the back the girl told him«not to worry about it.». It has been more than 24 hours and still no call from the owners. Pretty sad way to treat loyal customers. Especially when there are two more sandwich shops within ½ mile of this location. Sad to say that Fresh Cuts has probably lost a very loyal customer because of this.

I usually am on top of things when it comes to checking my food but my husband and I were late for a long and important meeting. A meeting which we were all to bring our dinner and work while we eat… that’s why we stopped here. I ordered my standard Roast-beef sandwich and my husband got the Italian sub that he usually gets. I had a feeling when I saw that we don’t get to watch them make our sandwiches that my order was going to be WRONG and yep… I was RIGHT. What they did was make my husband’s sandwich TWICE… the staff couldn’t even communicate on making two sandwiches. So if you come here and order more than one sandwich you BESTCHECKITBEFOREYOULEAVE so you don’t have to call Brent(or was it Brett? ~ or was it a real name at all??) and get a weak«I’m sorry» and a lame offer of 10% off my next messed up sub since I couldn’t leave my meeting and return the crap I paid for, but didn’t freaking order, before closing time. That’s not a way to run a business… we messed up your food so here’s 10% off on ANOTHER visit to us so we can have the opportunity to jack-up your night AGAIN. Right. What I should have been told was bring it back at your convenience and we will give you your money back AND make the sub that you should have gotten. I know that sounds like a lot but I was trapped in a meeting for 6 hours with nothing to eat because the chick and her«team lead», or whatever lame title I was given, couldn’t communicate and do their jobs right. I mean it’s making a freaking sandwich… how hard can it be? Hard enough for the staff that I had to deal with. Some training on how to deal with customers, make sandwiches, and deal with upset people who get their orders jacked up is a good idea to whomever owns this place. Good luck if you go here ~ stick with SUBWAY folks ~ at least SUBWAY lets you WATCH them make your sandwich.

got food poisoning from eating there turkey sandwich. I called twice to talk to the manager… the first time I left my name and number I dont think the girl gave her the message. then the 2ed time the guy said he didnt have a pen and paper to write my name and number down. I will not be going back there.

Place is still great and their sandwiches never disappoint! And now that Submarina closed down the street, I’m sure they are getting more business! Now if they only remodeled inside. It’s seriously majorly outdated and needs work. But, I usually don’t stay to eat here anyways but I might if it looked nicer!

Young semi-brain dead help behind counter(looked high school age) that were not very friendly, just enough to get the job done. On the positive side the sandwich I had was very good, in fact, excellent. No napkins available except for what was provided with one’s order. If you needed another one you had to ask for it. Also, nothing available for ice tea(Sweet and Low, Sugar, etc.). After you filled up your ice tea you had to ask for what you needed to add to it. The three people behind the counter were making sandwiches so I had to wait awhile to get sweetner for tea. This place could be a home run if the help had their act together and they made it easier to get eating condiments and napkins but the aura of the people behind the counter was sort of a turn off.
