Pizza Hut

Came here again for convenience reasons haha
I tried their stuffed crust pizza and it was really good. Sooo I’d recommend trying that.
And their bread sticks.
They still have time management issues here and there they have good and bad days.
I did find a nat like fly in my drink cup when i dined inside as well. I let the girl know. You probably wonder why i keep coming back. haha only because its close to where i live and keep giving them a chance to win my heart over.

Never had an issue with the pizza. As far as service. Takes longer than other and if you see a special on tv this place doesn’t accept it

Sad to say but Pizza Hut is going down hill Fast! The last 3 times we order for delivery the pizzas were almost cold weigh hardly any cheese on them. What happened?, Pizza Hut used to be so good. Now their pizza tastes like cardboard; there’s no cheese on it; delivery costs have gone while cost of gas has gone down. Don’t know if I’ll ever order pizza from them again.

This location does not honor the nationally advertised special of two medium pizzas for $ 5 each. I’ll go to Milano’s.

last night ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza, husband got home, no sausage, no pepperoni, very little onion, green pepper and maybe 3 olives. Hardly any cheese. Absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten. If it was all free wouldn’g go back

Ordered pizza for a family that is all sick so that I can stay home to take care of them. Order was wrong and 30 minutes late. Waited for a call from the manager and got none for 20 minutes. So I left the family and drove to the store. It was empty and people joking and hanging out at the front desk. The manger said it was in te oven and I checked the order. It was still wrong. I am just dumb founded. No excuse and family home sick without me for now 30 more minutes and waiting. Manager just came out with pizza still wrong and not round. Some rectangle size. What gives?

Never answer the phone how are you going to make money if you can’t even order one pizza it’s ridiculous this place should just close its not making pizza I know that

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever tried to order from! We ordered some items from them and they told us your order isn’t large enough for delivery,. Okay so we added onto it. Well 2 hours come around and no items have been delivered to us. I called in to ask and all the MANAGER. Could tell me was sorry I closed my register nothing i can do about it. Wtf?

After placing an order with Pizza Hut, I was told my order would arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting over an hour and a half, I called back to check the status of my order and they had no record of my order being placed. This is alarming to me especially since they took my credit card number.
The manager was terrible. He even hung up on my while I was trying to explain the situation. Their customer service is horrible.

Last time I dine at this location! after waiting some time to order, we wanted to order a pitcher of beer, and was told they don’t do that, ok I get that. that’s not an issue. Also came for the salad bar and realized that was gone to, ok I can live without that as well. after we ordered there was not a clean table around, so we asked one of the employees to clean one off, and she did! with a soaking wet bleach rag! walking away to where we still couldn’t sit down, my husband went to the restroom to get some paper towels, and realized you needed a key to even get in! After he got the key, he comes to realize that there is no paper towels. having to get an employee’s attention again to dry it. The bread sticks came out first they gave us a cup of marinara that would have only been good for one bread stick, then the pizza came out with one less topping then I asked for. The temperature inside was to hot to even eat and kids were screaming uncontrollably. making this the most unpleasant experience I’ve had in a long time.

Just ordered one togo cheese bites pizza.
I was told 30 minutes, fine!
I returned in 25 expecting to wait a few minutes.
The cashier said take a look at it, so i did.
Got home in 2 minutes opened the box took a piece the crust on the whole pizza was tuff as shit! Like rubber. Horrible after taste, customer service was bla!
Bla! Need to work on the carry out treatment. I guess we not that important as the deliveries.
I will never go back again i don’t recommends it to anybody i care about. i should have seen the signs

Came in to wait for my car that was being repaired. Such a nice group of people working there. The facility was clean, cool, and comfortable. Alexander was so nice. I was there several hours, ate lunch, ordered dinner to go, and the whole while he came to check to see if I needed anything. Very refreshing.

a couple months ago, my family went to pizza hut to dine in. we were the only ones in there which was very nice. our waiter took us on a booth. i ordered pizza. my family member ordered salad. my other family member ordered wings. we got our food and the food was good and the service was good too. the only wrong was one of my family members wings was under-​cooked. they gave it back to the waiter and he apologized about the wings. but everything else was good. i would come back sometime.

The best pizza to ever have. I went there a week ago to get some pizza. The people working at the place was nice and awesome. When my pizza was ready, it was the best look I’ve seen, especially the tastiest pizza. This pizza hut got you with whatever pizza you want.

Was in Hemet and had the Pizza and wings delivered with coke. The service was excellent and the delivery charge for the order was $ 5. I liked the food and enjoyed the service. Will have to visit this store one day to check it out.

I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in my days and this was by far the WORST pizza and wings I have ever had. The pizza was burnt and the wings were dry and hard. Needless to say I won’t ever order from them again. What a waste of $ 25!

I guess there’s a new owner or something there, and since they did away with the pizza buffet, it seems as though they did away with their customer service as well. It VERY much feels like the owner decided to do the bare minimum to keep the store open… Sometimes you don’t even get paper towels, and heaven forbid you get a fork there. This was the third time we tried it since the new owner, and this will be the last time… It was very obvious that we were not wanted there… it was as though they were so bothered that anyone showed up… well, guess you won’t have to worry about that now.

I’m not a chain pizza fan, but if cheap pizza is on your agenda, Pizza Hut is your best bet. Go with the thin crust.
If you want good pizza, I recommend Stadium Pizza (on State St), or Chicago Pizza Co (on Sanderson). You’ll pay twice as much, but its worth it.

Seriously people. Pizza this bad shouldn’t be allowed to exist. I had to give it 1 star simply because I couldn’t believe pizza hut could have a 4 star average. If you need pizza delivered to your house, please call stadium pizza and support a fine, privately owned local business instead of the big chain establishments.

Pizza hut is located on Standord street, just south of Florida Ave.
I would say pizza hut is my second favorite pizza chain after Round Table. This particular pizza hut offers a buffet from 11:30 to 1:30, weekdays. Oddly enough, you will need to wait to be seated, and the bill comes to the table. Because they don’t always get a lot of business during the lunch hour, the restaurant can be very quiet — which is nice. The buffet is normally acceptable. If you can arrive when the pizza is just put out, the pizza will be good. However, the pizza will frequently sit for a long time before being replenished. I don’t blame them for this. My dining companion and I are sometimes the only patrons in the restaurant during the buffet hours, so the pizza doesn’t get eaten very quickly. It would be a waste of food to throw out perfectly good (albeit, not so fresh) pizza.
As far as ordering a whole pizza — I would rate Pizza Hut very high. I have rarely eaten a bad pizza that I had picked up. Hint — order their «pan» pizza; it’s much better than their hand-​tossed. A friend of mine has complained that their delivered pizzas are inconsistent, and not always so good. While I have ordered my fair-​share of pizzas, I usually just pick up, so I can’t vouch for their delivery service. Perhaps, the pizza sits longer before being delivered, rendering it SOD (stale on delivery).
I spoke with the manager recently, and he says they are going to be offering Karaōke soon. I’m not a big fan of Karaōke, but I suppose this may be a draw to some.
