Staples

This store is easily the worst location in the local chain. The selection is below average and the staff is an embarrassment. I have found the employees and management to be uninterested, dismissive, and condescending on multiple occasions. I would avoid this location without question.

It should be zero stars. Unfortunately they make you select one. Horrible management. Ordered an item yesterday for pick up in 2 hours, wasn’t able to make it because of the weather. Go first thing this morning and surprise… The order is not ready… Terrible!!!

If there were 0 stars it would be too many. This place is an abomination that should be closed with incompetent, lazy employees and managers. It’s back to school week, they only have 2 cashiers working out of 5 available registers and lines winding down the aisles. Two more employees are just standing around doing nothing and the manager is up front doing less than nothing to help wandering around like a brain washed zombie running one sale every 15 minutes at the speed of sloth. It took me 45 minutes from getting in line to actually checking out and there were only 4 people in front of me. They kept closing and opening registers then closing them without ringing sales. Finally, if it wasn’t bad enough, I had to return into the bowels of hell because the ineffectual cashier couldn’t even manage to put all my items in a bag. All 5 items.
This isn’t the first time this vortex of retail torture has failed to deliver the most
basic retail service as I do not verbally destroy places lightly. Avoid like the plague or Ebola or the mall on Christmas.

The store with something for everyone, technology, office and school supplies as well as furniture and a top notch copy center with great customer service. I have been a fan of Staples since they opened. I always found their team members to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. If I was shopping for a new printer, scanner, or office furniture I was able to get what I needed in a price within my budget. I think their reward’s program is a great deal and when you use their ink cartridge recycle program you can really save some money.
On more than one occasion I have taken advantage of their trade in program of old PCs and printers. Sometimes a $ 50 credit, and sometimes a $ 75 credit. That along with my staples rewards has helped me save a lot of money on new technology.
I have used their copy center on more than one occasion and always felt that they have turned out a good product at a reasonable cost.
What I like about Staples is that their team members actually enjoy helping the customers and helping with a smile. For these reasons, I will continue to use Staples whenever possible.

I stopped in to recycle some ink cartridges onto my Rewards card on NYE, waiting on line as the woman in front of me hassled the patient and even-​tempered rep ringing her up. Following that ordeal, she quickly and friendlily assisted me with me one-​track mind and I exited, awaiting my $ 8 for some chocolate.
