First visit. Loved the variety of beads. Sales person was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was a bead class going on and the conversation was very upbeat. Looking forward to going back.

The ladies working a very sweet, and I’m sure you could find stuff to work with, but I had trouble finding what it was what I was looking for. I felt like it might be slightly overpriced, but I did purchase about $ 50 in necklace supplies.

Well… I really like it! I love the inventory and one of these days I am going to make it down there for a class! I was trying to find a nearby artist to restring a pricey moonstone necklace that broke and was thrilled that they will do jewelry repairs for you at what I thought was a very reasonable price. I took three pieces down there. One was a watch that I had put together that had a cute little teapot and spoon toggle. The spoon clasp had broken in half and they had the clasp in stock. Same one! yay! I had a feeling they would. Just speaks volumes to me that they could replace something I picked out on the internet years ago! Satisfied customer! Will be returning soon!

To copy or be inspired by another local store that had been offering«midnight madness» for 2 years now. I’m glad to say I’ve only shopped at this over priced store once in my lifetime.

Very disappointing experience. Overcharged me for the service I needed, $ 12 to restring a bead bracelet! It only needed a string and a few minutes to do it. I can’t believe it! I wasn’t thinking straight to agree to paying that. Perhaps I had price shock. I definitely had buyer’s regret! I usually go to the Discount Beads store but I wanted to try this one out… never again!!! Tried to resolve my very unhappy experience but that was unsuccessful as well.

When we went, it was the middle of summer and the doors were left open, so it was a bit hot. And it’s hard to browse when you’re in a hurry and it’s not comfortable. This is a small store in a strip mall in Henderson. Since it is small, and there were a few workers besides the handful of customers, it was easy to bump into other people. The inventory is pretty jam-packed. There were tables in back, where one could sit down and create their pieces. I like that the leather cord was by the foot or yard(sorry, can’t remember). You would bring up the spool to the cashier. The semi-precious stones were well-stocked, but the prices were a little high. Also, there were finished pieces for sale at the cashier/display case. The metal beads were on special– a little baggie for $ 2.00. It doesn’t sound like much but when you buy things by the piece or the pack(8 – 10), and it’s $ 2.99 and up each, that could add up. I got two baggies and was very happy with that(I still haven’t finished them either, BTW. In fact, I would probably buy more if I was in the area, it’s my father-in-law’s side of town.) I also bought some mini clamps(for stopping the beads from sliding off the cord) for real cheap too. I think that I spent about $ 7.00 here for three sets(baggies of metal spacer beads and clamps). The people working there were friendly and checked on us from time to time.
