Very happy with my experience with this Best Mattress. My salesperson, Melissa, was very informative and patient. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me several options that would suit my needs, explained all the differences, and gave me plenty of time to decide. The mattresses were delivered the next day during the time frame promised, and the entire process was quick and easy.

I really enjoyed the wide selection and superior customer service at this Best Mattress store. Ask for Melissa. She was not only helpful, but able to locate the best bed and price around. She helped me find what I was looking for in minutes. I left feeling like she gave me a competitive product at a competitive price. I’m happy to refer anyone to this store. It’s probably the best king Simmons bed I’ve ever purchased.

We stopped in to the store to learn more about adjustable beds. Our salesperson, Melissa, was so informative and helpful. We ended up getting an adjustable bed frame and mattress. It was delivered within a week. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the store and especially dealing with Melissa.

Melissa was great! Let us take our time & answered any question. We were only buying a bed for our youngest but came home with a bed for ourselves too! The prices are very fair & delivery is quick (make sure you are home for the window they called me 5 minutes out). An easy store to recommend & Melissa is very helpful!

We walked in just to ask a few questions, but Melissa Graziano the manager was so helpful she turned our inquiry into a must have. She went through all the options of firm beds with us, had us test each one out, and was so patient throughout the entire process. We left so we could think about it but returned later that day because she made the experience so easy. I would definitely recommend Best Mattress and Melissa to anyone looking for a great deal without the pressure.

Walked into the store yesterday afternoon, 12÷3÷15, and was promptly met by John, a salesman. John was professional and very knowledgeable. He actually educated me in the many mattress types they sell. After laying on different mattress models, of various prices, I purchased one of their best. Free delivery was scheduled the very next day and arrived early in the time frame provided. The deliverymen were very courteous. They set up the bed frame, unpacked and set up the mattresses. Upon completion, they took all the packing materials, leaving the bedroom in clean condition. Hats off to John and his great team at Best Mattress.

The store manager Melissa was extremely helpful. I was a bit hesitant to purchase a memory foam mattress but after she graciously showed me the difference in the three brands that they carry. So I told her I’d be back in a week or so after talking it over with my girlfriend, then when I went back she even remembered my name and greeted my daughter and I as we came back to the store, I had no choice but to get one! thumbs up Melissa! I will be back to get my King Size Cool Breeze Pillows! Thanks again
