I went to this location today because I read the reviews. Never again. They butchered my hair! I asked for a simple layer and to keep the length. She cut off 6 inches and my layers are zigzagged around my head. It looks terrible! I’ve never had a worse cut in my life! They weren’t even so busy that she couldn’t have spent extra time, instead she rushed through it like a mad person! My 5 year old nephew could do a better job! Person who took my name down was also rude as ever! Now I have to find someone to cut my hair even shorter to fix their mistake. Take your business elsewhere.

Service here is so efficient. Even if there is a lot of waiting customers even before it opens, we are served properly and with great customer service. My stylist, Aubrey, took time to listen to what I wanted and explains to me step by step what she is doing, as the hair cut process progressed she still asks me if i like what she is doing and that if i like it more shorter or is the length enough. Overall I am well satisfied with my haircut. Would recommend AUBREY to everyone! :)

Dona is the person that I see at this salon. I live in NEW JERSEY most of the time and have a home in Sun City Anthem which we don’t visit often enough. However, I choose to have my hair needs met by Dona. I have a lot of very curly hair that is colored and Dona knows how to do it! On the occasions that I must have my hair done in NJ, I’m never satisfied with how they do it and I’m always measuring it against what Dona does for me. I won’t be back until March (it’s been a hard winter here in NJ) and I’ll have to find somebody in NJ and take a chance. So far, I’ve been out of luck in NJ. I bought a groupon for a local NJ stylist just because I need some services. I’m optimistic, as always, that I’ll find somebody that is good.
Not only is Dona in Nevada extremely competent, she is a really nice woman and always a pleasure to deal with.

My entire family have been patrons at this salon. All of the staff are friendly and professional. They are all great but Erica is my favorite. She has been my family stylist for years. She always will give you a great smile with her great service.
Ask for her next time you are in the area. =)

Return visit to have sons hair corrected by Erica on 12÷4÷14 was successful! She was very professional in handling my complaint with the other stylist, and fixed his cut that came out looking exactly like we wanted. I give Erica a 5 for correcting and thank her for truly wanting to correct the other stylist with the poor attitudes bad haircut. I may return, but only for Erica.

Went for a haircut, isn’t my usual place as I was far from home that Saturday. Walked-​in was taken back shortly and given a dare I say «fantastic» haircut. Good conversation, I was never having that this-​is-​a-​only-​for-​ladies hair place. It’s many miles from my home but I will still go back.

I did not receive service at this location, I tried, but failed. I went in on Sunday 12/​1, the four stylist were busy, ok fine. I walked in and was looked at but never acknowledged. I stood there patiently while a previous client was being rung up very slowly. A stylist was free and grabbed her next client (possibly a friend since she had a coffee waiting for her), sitting right by where I was standing, and still no «we’ll be with you shortly» nothing. I wanted to know the cost to have my bangs trimmed and after 10 mins of being ignored I walked out. Terrible customer service, won’t be back!
