Great Burger, Fries and Shake.
It’s just REALLY Expensive so I’d suggest getting a Groupon.

I have been a Fatburger fan for years, but this is only the second time I have visited this particular location. The quality of the hamburger was excellent, however the fries were barely warm and when I asked for a replacement the server just dropped the tray on the table, turned and walked away. There are lot of establishments out there that offer much better service. I won’t stop eating at Fatburger, just not this one. A sister location at the Fiesta Hotel Casino has a friendly staff with the same food. Lesson learned!

I’ll give it to them, they have me by the buns. I love Fatburger and this location has it down as far as service and wait time. My one and only complaint is we have seen hotel employees seated at (and occupying) the entire «bar.» I find this inappropriate and think the employees should yield seats to guests at busy times and/​or eat in employee break areas.

I will never return to this place. I bought a groupon. When I went to redeem it groupon was experience technical difficulties. She wrote down the number but it would not let her redeem it. I went to sit down trying to redeem it and she knew that’s that I was trying to do. Finally when I got it she says she had to do it. I said can’t you just compare the number that you already wrote down. She went to call her manager. After 30 minutes she ended up doing what I said and compared the numbers. I waited 30 minutes to get my food. I do not appreciate their staff acting like it was my fault and thinking I was being sneaky. Horrible customer service.

Decent burger but not worth the money! Two of us had just burgers, sweet potato fries and drinks for $ 33! Outrageous! Will never eat here again!

Eh. This is my second time I have eaten at Fat Burger in the 10 years I’ve lived in Vegas. Nothing special about this place. It’s pricey for what you get. I do like that they have the skinny and fat fries since I like one and my husband likes the other. The service at this location was good and the cashier was really nice. Food is ok. I’d take In n Out over Fat Burger.

Great food, special ed staff. Came here only because I purchased a groupon but I feel cheated: After the girl rang up my credit card for the full amount instead of the groupon amount they then messed up my order. Kinda of hard to enjoy my meal when I feel fucked over.

Good service efficient people friendly customer service explain the menu very well to me but like I stated on my tip no burgers medium rare anymore not even medium have to be dead well done shakes a very tasty good deals only with Gruponn otherwise paying almost 20 bucks for a complete meal.

I always get the grilled chicken sandwich and fat fries. The chicken is almost always cooked perfectly, juicy and not over cooked, which is a rarity even in ‘real’ restaurants. The fat fries are always excellent too!

Great hamburger chain. I always loved Fatburger in California. Nice to have it in a casino and available easily.

Excellent food. We had a burger and a chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwiches were awesome. The fries were ok but they had been sitting under the heat lamp while our food cooked so they were barely warm. I would definitely come again. The 4 stars was because the fries were not hot.

This is the Fatburger location inside the Green Valley Ranch casino. It serves up all the usual Fatburger offerings. And it’s open extra late. So when leaving the casino after a late night of drinking, you can grab some delicious Fatburger to go. The staff were polite and efficient. Everything was quick and correct about our order. And the burgers are seriously delicious! The Baby Fat is just the right size for me. And their chili cheese fries are pretty darn tasty too. So in sum, this is the place to get a burger when at GVR.

My favorite burger place by far. I think Fatburger has the best tasting hamburgers (get the works on it!)! And i love their fat fries! You can choose your hamburger size from small to XXXL. Service is always friendly and your burger is always put on the grill when you order it, so it’s fresh and not sitting around in a wrapper already cooked.

I ordered a burger no tomato, checked the screen and it did not have tomato listed. I got my burger and it had tomato crossed off on the wrapper yet there was a tomato on my burger. I have a gag reflex if I eat tomatoes or the juice from it, so I went up to the counter and told the girl I ordered no tomato and she asked if I wanted her to take the tomato off. No, I could have done that myself I told her and that I needed a fresh burger without tomato. So she told the cook, and both of us had to tell him several times NO tomato because he kept asking «tomato?» So they finally get it right and the cook kept looking over at me like he was waiting for me to take a bite. This made me very suspicious so I ended up throwing it away. I would not eat at this location again!

Really good burgers for a fast food place in a casino. Burgers are prepared fresh when you order them. Fries are either thick cut or skinny. Could have used some kind of seasoning, salt or something. But otherwise the burger really was good!

Located in GVR, it’s one of the options in their food court.
I was with some friends and we wanted to grab a quick bite. Service was good. We sat at the counter in front of the cooks and they were all very friendly and chatty.
It was my first experience eating a fatburger and probably my last. I ordered the small burger and skinny fries. The taste of the burger was too salty. Good thing I had water to help it go down. I was really disappointed with it. The skinny fries were good. Crispy and a good amount.
Fortunately there are other good places to eat in GVR. As far as Fatburger, thumbs down.

Haven’t been here in ages. What an awesome burger the bread really put this meal over the top. For a chain FATBURGER is definitely on point.

All hail the Groupon!
I was roped in by Groupon and received $ 16 for $ 8. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger, the breakfast egg & bacon and Maui milkshake (not all at the same time).
Wouldn’t have been worth $ 16, IMHO. The burger was tasty, and the egg in the breakfast sandwich was cooked real well.
The milkshake was so-​so, but very rich & creamy.
This location is open LATE… or early depending on your age!

With a town that’s full of gourmet or «upscale» burger joints, and tons upon tons of fast food places, one could easily forget about Fatburger. And if they did, I wouldn’t blame them. So far, my experiences at this burger franchise could be summed up by the following word «Meh»
I’ve been to a Fatburger in Vegas, and in many other cities as well. Nothing that I have consumed at any location has warranted another visit. Like mentioned before, with a dearth of burger places here, as the saying goes. Beggars can be extremely choosey. ;)
But when that green-​eyed monster commonly known as Groupon reared its head towards me offering me 50% off on food at this location, I had to oblige.
So with 16 bucks worth of Groupon money, I had to find a way to get the most out of this single visit. And they had that option for me.
XXXL burger — a 1.5 pound burger of massive proportions. At 12 $, I opted to add toppings rather than go with the combo, so I added bacon, guacamole, and a fried egg. Every time I have ordered a burger at Fatburger, one thing has always resonated with me, it is dry. They grill it to order from a raw patty, and it’s dry, every single time. The guac was pretty tasteless as well. The egg is cooked hard, which is pointless because the only reason to put an egg on a burger is to see the runny yolk ooze onto the patty. The only thing I liked was the bacon.
With a price point similar to smashburger, I’d rather go to smash. But I would save some dolla’s even further and stick to the in-​n-​out. The only good thing about this place is that it’s open ²⁴⁄₇. But if all the other places are closed and you really needed a burger at that hour… I guess it would be alright (but only in those circumstances)

I am not sure that this place can compete. I am all about hamburgers, 20.00 hamburgers and 1.00 hamburgers. I have had them all. This place is home of the 6.00 hamburger and for 9.99 deal here is the deal:
a. Menu — So easy. Pick from just the basic Fatburger from Small to XXL which has like 4 patties… They also have chicken, turkey, veggie burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips and salad too.
I had a medium fat burger. It was about 6.19 and by time I had the combo with drink and fries.
b. The taste — Uneventful Very edible, just not a journey, not orgasmic and nothing special… It was just very edible. This is my problem. For this price, I would rather have an In and Out Burger. Way tastier, so juicy, and the fries are amazing. Here at Fatburger, everything was just okay.
So, while it was pretty decent, here is how I would rank things. If you want an awesome adventure and wonderful burger, go to Bachi Burger or to Capital Grille. For 20.00 you get the best and you know it by the taste and juicy mess factor. If you want best value, go to In and Out. If you are in the middle and want a generic experience, then there are plenty of places like Five guys, Fat Burger, Smash Burger and all the same.
GK says, not bad, but I won’t be a regular customer.
