What kind of business never answers the phone??? I called several times before buying a Groupon and it went to VM every single time. Like any other laser center, they charge cancellation fees, but how can one cancel an appt if no one answers the phone?

DO NOT GO HERE. Save your skin. Went here to have my first laser hair removal treatment. The procedure that was suppose to be done was the stomach line «small area». Jenny applied a cooling gel over the correct small area but when she ran the laser hair removal machine over my stomach I noticed she was going over my entire stomach!!! Which majority of stomach did not have the cooling agent on it for protection. It stung really bad as she was moving the machine around but it was my first time so I assumed that was a normal feeling. Woke up the next day and the left side of my stomach had multiple 2^nd degree burns!!! Went back to show Jenny what her neglect had done and she said «Omg I’ve never seen that before. Put Neosporin on it». That’s it. It’s been a couple months and I’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars for prescription creams after meeting with my dermatologist to get this treated. Please save your skin and go somewhere where they are actually experienced in laser hair removal. I am now scarred and I believe it could have all been avoided had she paid attention the correct area that was to be treated.

Rude, bad service and they don’t know what they are doing. Had laser treatment done here would never refer and one to go here. I told the girl it wasn’t enough gel on and it was burning and she told me it was enough. Needless to say my lip had burn. And they jipped me out of some treatment.

The staff is very helpful and patient. They explain the procedure in detail before they begin and make you feel comfortable.

Bought an 8 treatment package for laser hair removal under arms and so far, so good. I’ve only had one treatment, but I can already see a difference. The laser is painless. The staff is professional, kind, and prompt. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Scheduling is also a breeze. Love everything about it so far and looking forward to going back again next week!

Professional, prompt, and easy to schedule with. Went in to have laser hair removal on my chin and was in and out in 10 minutes. The ladies who work here are friendly and seem to know what they are doing. I bought 3 sessions on Groupon for $ 50.

Since my initial review, the manager left me a vm. I called back and spoke with Tiffany (who was awesome) and everything was sorted out.
The reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is due to their management or lack thereof. If you have an issue or complaint, it is very difficult to speak to someone in management.
However, the staff themselves were extremely friendly and helpful. The establishment was very clean and organized. They have complimentary water, soda and snacks in the front desk/​check in area.
I was a first timer when it came to laser hair removal and like a majority of the people, I thought it was going to HURT. I was amazed at how painless it was. It didn’t hurt at all. After my first session, the hair on my legs didn’t grow back as quickly.
I highly recommend laser hair removal.

After leaving my initial review, the manager called me to apologize for my bad experience and offered me a free session. I took her up on the offer and, as usual, had a great session with Jenny. I appreciated the effort the business made to make sure their customers are satisfied. I’m moving out of the area but I would definitely return should I return to Henderson.

Wow! Awesome experience!!! A friend of mine highly recommended this spa for laser hair removal. Mind you… it didn’t matter what she said because I was scared to death to have this procedure. All I can say is experiencing is believing!!! When I arrived the staff was warm & friendly. They thoroughly explained the procedure and calmed my fears. They went above and beyond to be sure that I was comfortable and that it was a positive experience! I am very happy with the results. If you are looking for a great place with a delightful staff look no further… I highly recommend this place.

This place is excellent.
TY is my laser specialist and he was very informational and friendly when discussing what my options were as well as answering all of my questions.
When you walk into the business, they give you snacks, soda, Gatorade, water, etc. On top of this, I found this place on Groupon, and their prices are extremely reasonable. They were also able to match my groupon price which is great.
The treatments are very thorough, and they slowly increase the laser heat gradually. I know it is effective because I can sometimes smell my hair burning off when I tell them to up the light power.
I went in for hair on the sides of my face because tweezers left me a lot of ingrown hairs. After the first treatment, I noticed considerable less hair growth after the first week. I just came back from the second treatment and Ty took even more time with me making sure the laser got as many hairs as possible.
I am so happy I found this place on Unilocal.Office is very clean and staff nice.

I went in for a consult and was turned off to this place because it was not clean. The floors were dirty which I could understand since there was a sign that said it was being remodeled, but when I went into one of the rooms there was a cockroach on the floor.

I want to precede with saying I’ve had five laser sessions done on my lower legs before moving to Las Vegas and it still left me with about 40−50% of hair growth. My upper legs though, are virgin areas to laser. After two sessions with Jenny at Jazzy Laser, my lower legs are completely hairless!!! And my upper legs maybe has about 30% hair growth left… After two sessions!!! I’m so amazed and it’s all because Jenny is so thorough. I told her after the first session that the strength isn’t hitting the coarser hair so she upped it and went over everything three times. Thanks Jenny! Best hair removal clinician I’ve ever worked with.

Really friendly and knowledgable. They aren’t trying to nickel and dime you, here. I used to go to Ideal Image, and their prices are ridiculously exorbitant in comparison to Jazzy. I have already recommended to my friends and family and am definitely looking forward to going back!
