I had a wonderful experience here. Marina was so nice and very helpful. I had questions about tinted moisturizer and she showed me two different products, explained the difference and allowed me to try them out. She also showed me the new products that were in.
I got a free gift with purchase which had a trial size of something I was already buying. She told me in case I wanted to switch out the full size I was buying for something different.

I was so excited when I found out my local Merle Norman had new owners. The old owner was dreadful! I have been there a couple of times now and I am not happy. I understand that products change and I can deal with that when I am given options by a knowledgeable representative. Instead I was made to feel terrible and was told «it is only makeup». She was condescending and a smart aleck about it. The few times I was there she never offered help or suggestions about new products. I had to ask her about the new liquid blush. She never tried to up sell and never offered advise. I have always loved my Merle Norman studio… I have bought not only makeup but jewelry and other accessories and have had many makeovers by the experienced staff. I lived in Tennessee for 34 years and always used Merle Norman. What a disappointment this studio is!

I have received two messages from Marina C regarding my 2012 review of this Merle Norman store. She has asked me to remove the review which I will not do, since this was my experience. She states that she is a new owner of the store and has no connections to the previous owners and procedures.
I have not been back to the store, so I am not sure if or how things have changed there. Thank you!
