Starbucks

After meeting a friend for brunch Sunday, I had some time to kill before going to a play in Las Vegas. Since I was near this Starbucks, I stopped in. It was just the wrong time. There must have been 4 people who had just ordered and it took a fair amount of time to make all the beverages that had been ordered.
Then I got my iced quad espresso. Nothing to screw up with that. It is my drink of choice at Bucky’s. I sat at a high top table and did some email. The wifi is standard and zippy so I got some things done before taking the rest of my drink and starting toward the theatre.

If you don’t mind the SOUND this place makes the coffee you expect. But don’t plan to stay long unless you bring a handful of Advil, earplugs, a noise-​reduction headset and even then, you’ll probably last less ten minutes. The staff must yell across the room; the machines behind the counter beep louder than a tractor-​trailer backing up, and the ambient music is set to «blaring.»
About as UN-​coffee-​shop as you can get, if you think having coffee and a conversation matters; Don’t even TRY to bring your laptop.
Starbucks has jumped the shark. I think I’ll go sit next next to an airport hangar for a little peace and quiet now…

Moody blonde ladies on the am shift 3 /​15/​16 need to go. Sad thing is one is the manager. I hope it’s a Starbucks experience once they leave for the day! Ugh choose a different location if possible. On a good note, Cami, is lovely.

Two stars pretty much only for the patio, which is very nice. Small selection of case items, and the employees are so bland as to be borderline rude. There’s an older lady working here who is especially snippy. The parking lot is terrible, too.

In the mornings is great. The evenings is ok unless the barista with the beard that makes drinks or does the register helps you. He has a serious attitude problem. Is not the first time I have a run in with this person. I frequent this Starbucks twice a day. Guess I won’t when he is working!

Every single time I come here it’s my worst experience. Not enough people working. 1 barista and the line is horrific. Never have the savory ham and cheese… ever. Always it’s they never get enough. I’ve called corporate and they keep telling me that the stores are fully stocked. Drive to any other Starbucks but NOT this one.
Hire some more people with a personality.

Starbucks, how you make me smile. Consistency in product, 100%. This location is clean and has about 10 tables inside.
This Starbucks has a nice outdoor patio with tables and umbrellas to sit with friends. Being a dog friendly area, the adjoining Italian restaurant offers biscuits to the pooches out there. Nice, real nice.
A couple of the Baristas could smile or when you say «thank you» could answer, even with a head nod. I said thank you last time I popped in and upon receiving my drink, I said «thank you!» Nothing. I say it again, just an annoyed glance away from me. One more time, «thank you!»… Still nothing but an ignoring frown. C’mon, cheer up Buttercup!

This location amazes me!
I can pop in here at various times of the day and still get amazing quick service. They have their process and preparation perfected. It’s nice to see this location has not let me down.
The lounging/​dining area is always kept clean. Their patio outside provides for some extra seating to enjoy our always awesome weather.
Their only issue is it shares a small parking lot with many other places. Sometimes it’s a bit of a hassle especially during the peak lunch hours. Otherwise it’s a great Starbucks!

Great location. Beautiful patio. You can enjoy beautiful music from restaurant across the way. James has great customer service skills.

I love this place. Starbucks has always been a favorite of mine and this location is amazing. I absolutely love the backyard/​courtyard area with the chairs and tables. ⁵⁄₅

Awesome staff, they are always bright eyed and bushey tailed when I go in around six am for my fix! All employees are super nice and patient. Thanks for getting me through the day!

I’m from out of town, but visit regularly since my dad lives here. I’ve gone to this Starbucks 3 times. The first time they forgot to give me 1 of the 3 muffins I ordered and paid for. This was breakfast for my dad, his wife and myself. Nothing like starting the day having to drive back to Starbucks after arriving home hungry to eat.
My most recent visit to this Starbucks was 2 hours ago. I told the woman at the register I wanted a quad venti iced Carmel macchiato. I never did see her write 4 shots on the cup. I asked her, «you did get quad venti, right?» She said, «yes.»
Jason behind the bar handed me my drink after having waited like 8 minutes. It was not busy by Starbucks standards. Well, it did not say 4 shots on the cup, so it was not a quad. I told Jason, «I ordered a quad, and asked her if she wrote it on my cup and she said she did.» He just put his hand out with a scowl on his face and pumped another shot into my drink. He handed it back to me with a scowl, no sorry, nothing.
Well, pouring a hot shot on ice naturally melted almost all of the ice. I took a sip and asked him to top it off with ice. He gave me a, «really» scowl and reached for my cup. What a total ass. How about a, «no problem, sorry for the mistake.» Or, «sure.»
Left there feeling pissed off. Decided never again will I tip $ 1 for a $ 6 drink. Thanks Jason, you just saved me like $ 400 a year.

This is my favorite Starbucks, and I have been a gold card member since I was 13. Also, be sure to look for Veronica, the barista who knows everyone who walks through the door. These baristas make it a true café, and whether you’re reading a book, running through, or just people watching, it’s the perfect place with great service and great drinks.

I still do not know if it’s a good or bad thing when you walk into a Starbucks and no matter what the location… They know you by name and can guess your order.
I guess I’m that girl… I’m ok with it though. As long as I’m happily caffienated.
Try the new Café Cielo!

This is our closest Starbucks and I visit frequently. Service has always come with a hello and a smile. I’ve never waited an extraordinary amount of time for any drink/​food. Yes there are lines but it’s Starbucks… c’mon it’s popular. Drinks have always been correct and we’re happy with this store! Seating inside is small-​ish but it’s not a huge Starbucks store anyways. There is outdoor seating in a patio style with a fountain and low volume music.

I was looking for to getting a souped up Dirty Chai and finding a place to relax and finish the last 10% of my book.
The service was bit slow as there was only one lady woking the counter. Not her fault.
The place it’s self does not lend well to hanging out as it is small and the tables and chairs are the sterile wood kind.
The patio which I hear is awesome was overran with teenage skater types. It was also to chilly to enjoy.
I won’t make the same mistake next time. I will survey the area prior to making a $ 6 purchase. If it’s not comfortable there… it will be at home with a cup of Trader Joe’s coffee.

I am a coffee drinker and regularly patronize starbucks. I have been to all the Henderson Starbucks, and rate this one the highest on outdoor seating. Sitting outside in this Starbucks is similar to sitting in a nice backyard.
