Starbucks

Hot summer day of course there’s a long line in the drive thru but after a 15 minute wait make my order another 5 – 6 mins then get to the window already paid and I’m just seeing the barista“begin” to make my order. Very disappointing

The slowest Starbucks drive thru but I get one of my best tasting latte here.

I agree with the comments that this Starbucks has the slowest customer service. They also habitually ignore customers. I used to go here every morning on my way to work because it is just down the road from where I live. But after consistently getting under filled drinks and bringing it to the baristas attention 3 times, and the manager’s attention twice, I decided to stop giving this Starbucks my attention. The baristas (let’s just call them what they are… SLOW coffee makers) constantly chat among themselves, and the manager (the same manager seen chatting on the phone in a previous post) is right there and not addressing any issues. Worst Starbucks ever.

I come here pretty often, but today was a little different. Their new barista Zoee was running the register and was such a sweetheart. She even remembered my name when I got my refill, definitely one of my favorite workers here.

Starbucks, you need to educate your employees on what the word organic means. I do not appreciate them attempting to educate me with ignorance. I do not appreciate the young man who was rudely chiming in to the conversation between myself and the girl taking my order and trying to correct me when he was the one that was incorrect. If something is organic and comes in contact with something that is non-​organic, it does not automatically mean that it is no longer organic. It means it came in contact with something that is not organic. Just like people who have nut allergies shouldn’t eat things that comes in contact with nuts, but they’re not actual nuts. Yes it compromises the Integrity of the product slightly but it doesn’t make the product non-​organic. It just means it’s not raw, it’s been through a process. It means it’s processed. Something can be organic and still be processed. When someone comes through the drive-​thru and says they would like to have a bag of freshly ground organic coffee, the response from the person should not be «well once it goes through the grinder it’s no longer organic.» That is uneducated, untrue. and not how you sell products. when I stated that I didn’t care about that and still wanted the coffee then the young man chiming in decided to let me know that none of the coffee that they have is no longer USDA organic labeled, but it’s all organic they just stop labeling it. Total bull, also uneducated and untrue. Not to mention the fact that I have recently gone into multiple other Starbucks and selected a bag of organic coffee with my own two hands that was USDA organic labeled and asked them to grind it and got no attitude and no arguments.

Even when they are busy here (and they are always busy) the staff is really nice. Normally they are pretty quick too.
I prefer to go in since the drive thru to alway around the building. This store hasn’t messed my order up which I’ve been to a few that have…

Went in last night and was not even acknowledged while having to wait to place my order. There was one person on drive thru, one person on the main register, and one customer ahead of me in line. It is not that hard to look at someone and say «I’ll be right with you.» Lex B.‘s review has a picture of one of the employees who ignored me (seems we went on the same night).

I just had the BEST conversation with an elderly gentleman at the register while waiting for a barista to acknowledge me. One was on the phone (business phone but obviously a personal call) while two stood in the drive thru chatting.
6 minutes ticked by while I waited… The guy in the picture was done with his transaction and we just really got into how he loves those muffins. We even had time to discuss how they could be frozen and how many calories etc. I have to say he was a delight.
After we exhausted our chit chat he started to leave and I’m still standing there… Just waiting, hoping, getting annoyed. Finally one of the baristas comes over from the drive thru and says «did you need something?» I’m so glad she asked! I mean it would be weird if I was just stood here all this time and didn’t need a thing.
I replied a tad snarkily that I hoped I wasn’t interrupting the baristas phone call and she told me sweetly «oh, you’re not! She talks and works all the time!»
So I left. Because who needs a $ 5 tea from a Starbucks who can barely get it together?
I’d recommend that you go elsewhere. There is a Starbucks literally across the street, and one a mile away on Valle Verde that has fantastic baristas.
Oh, and to the girl on the phone… I snapped a picture I’m posting below. I really hope you figured out what your after work plans were.

Slow slow slow. And it doesn’t even matter what time it is you will wait 15 or more minutes in the drive thru. Then you wait and your drink is just blah. I love coffee and will wait for a good cup of it but this location just seems like they don’t care.

Ok so the barista said that they couldn’t do a trenta chai tea but I already paid. She then proceeds to tell me about a policy that I clearly don’t care about but they have done it for me in the past. Then gets an attitude while she is making it and is complaining. Just make my drink please with a smile and make sure everyone is on board and I’m not getting a run around.

Domenique was pretty. This was Jen’s first day and she really looked like she knew what she was doing.
Rachael was spectacular.

The service is so slow here, the drive thru line stays at a stand still forever, inside is just as bad! Get it together Starbucks !
Today ²⁄₁₉ this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I can’t believe how shitty the service is here! 1^st in line ! Nobody in front of us and take forever to get drinks ! This Starbucks needs to get it together !!

When I lived around the corner this was my fave local Bucks. Good coffee, but McDonald’s is smoother, better. Proven in a blind taste test.
NICE place to hang out for awhile. I mean, hello, it’s Bucks, right? You came inside to hang, right? Right. Or else you did the drive thru, yes?
Clean. Good Service. Convenietly located by the Stephanie Street entrance to the 215, so you can snag your cup of Joe quickly and easily en route to work. They arr even located on the right hand side of the street on your way to the 215, so it’s SUPER easy to swing in and ottah here!
Alternatively, after work, when you need a little caffeine injection pick me up, stop by here. OK, so you’ll have to Uturn to get in here. But it’ll be worth it!
Good parking lot. Easy to navigate. Right next to Walgreens.
Plenty of sunlight from the large windows while you are here. Not really a fantastic view, gas station across the street…

Very busy location but the staff is always upbeat and cheerful. If you see a line of cars, just walk on in and it will be much quicker. Enjoy

Great location — busy but great!
Located near the corner of Horizon and Stephanie, it’s easy to breeze in and out with your morning cup of joe. A drive through is available as well.
Inside you’ll find what every other Starbucks will offer such as coffee for your home brewer, grab and go snacks and their pastry case. Service here is really good. They are very quick and efficient so you can be on your way.
As always, my drinks are consistent and tasty. Thank you Starbucks!

Came here at 7:45 AM and was discouraged by the drive thru line but it actually didn’t take long at all! I used my app to pay and it was a cinch. I got my drink at 7:49. My iced caramel macchiato was delicious.

Well, I mean, it’s starbucks, what’s there to say? Drive-​through is efficient and convenient, drinks are consistent with typical Starbucks quality.
One incident, however: that was definitely NOT a soy latte *gurgle* … –_​_​_​–

I started coming to this Starbucks when I started working on this side of town (about a month and a half ago).
Product: 5 stars as usual, regardless of location. Thanks for the consistency Starbucks!)
Atmosphere: Narrow. Yes, I feel a little squished when I’m in the store.
Drive-​thru: Poppin’, therefore, always a long wait in the morning.
Didn’t give the last star because they are a little slower at making drinks.

My go-​to Starbucks when working in the Hendo area! Definitely always busy and a lot better since the renovation!
Drive-​thru is one of the slowest, much recommended to get out of your car and go inside!
Can’t complain for always satisfying my coffee cravings!

Came here twice since I was staying nearby. One evening I came in and asked for decaf coffee which they didn’t have but the young female Barista said no problem I’ll make a fresh batch for you. I was taken back BC usually other locations won’t be as customer service oriented to this was a pleasant surprise.
Second visit was after hitting the gym up and I tried the strawberry smoothie which hit the spot after a decent workout. This location has a drive thru if you’re in a pinch for time also.
Thanks for the great customer service and quality that I expect from Starbucks!
