This location is minutes from our house. Unfortunately, the donuts here are always so dry! Not really stale, but dry donuts. It’s sad that I can get better and cheaper donuts at Smith’s or Vons. The staff working the counter were extremely friendly! Only reason why I’m giving 3 stars. I keep hearing in general the donuts at Dunkin’ are not that good. Maybe they should change the recipe. I will not be back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked for a medium latte light with French vanilla flavoring… I got WHOLE MILK WITH FRENCH VANILLA AND NO COFFEE. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Excellent flavored iced coffee at a really cheap price compared to most coffee places. Not the best donuts but not horrible either I prefer Winchell’s for donuts or since mom and pop donut shop. Today, I got pumpkin munchkins which were good but I also got cinnamon and it was not even very sweet. Come here all the time for affordable iced coffee though!

I stop here whenever I have time in morning while driving my bus from Boulder city back in town. The employees at this location are always so friendly and accommodating. If I get stuck in a long line, they give me a donut to make up for the wait. Now I must say, their donuts suck. I only go for the coffee which is delicious and reasonably priced when using Dunkin perks. I’ve tried going to the location at Craig and jones several times as its near home, but the service is atrocious. I have resigned myself to only getting my good coffee on work days when I can stop by this one. Love the employees here.

Very unfriendly staff at the front counter. She’s an older lady and looks like a grouch and not happy to be there working. We walked in today to order our donuts and she doesn’t even smile and greet customers good morning. And this is the second time she helped us. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. If you can’t smile lady, you might as well hide behind the counter and advice customers to go through the drive thru.

This is a great dunkin donuts location! We did the drive through and it was very fast service. The woman helping us wasn’t in the best of moods but she gave us a smile as we paid.
I would recommend coming to this location if you’re in a rush and need to use the drive through.

Pricing is A+; customer service is lacking. It is hit or miss with how you’re treated. I have never been «wowed» by their customer service honestly. It is either they look like they’re miserable working there (& believe me it shows) or they are dazed & just going through the motions. Hardly see smiles.
Coffee is Dunkin Coffee, wish they would learn some basic barista terminology.
Donuts, well, everybody knows the donuts are not fresh. Still good though!

Decent doughnut shop. I usually just get a regular glazed doughnut and an iced coffee. Don’t expect anything amazing or spectacular when you come here. There’s usually a line in the morning so if you’re running tight on time, I’d pass. The wait time is a hit or miss. I’ve waited 5 minutes for a cup of coffee, and other times they had it ready by the time I got to the window.

I love this location the employees are always so friendly and accommodating. The coffee here is delicious on its own. so no need to mask it with mounds of sugar (nudge nudge Starbucks). I would totally recommend getting the tumblers. re fills for iced coffee and tea are only a dollar.

Ok, I have a kinda love/​hate relationship with Dunkin. I like the coffee and the wifi. When I’ve been up all night I like going there in the morning to chill and people watch cuz I’m a weirdo like that. Great location being right across from the hospital.
Sadly, the donuts taste like crap. They taste like they were dipped in chemicals. It’s like they were baked by Monsanto. I’ve tried a different variety of the donuts hoping maybe it’s just a certain kind that tastes weird, but no. The employees there are ok, they have their good and bad days; but now that they are getting to know me they are friendlier. I like going there for the coffee and the breakfast sandwiches, but the donuts are pretty tragic. *confused face*

For a number 5, a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, a large iced latte with hash browns comes to just under 10 dollars. This is pretty much expected from a coffee shop if the quality was good.
The hash browns have 6 small circles in a small bag (pretty much 3 bites worth) and the quality of the sandwich is no better than McDonald’s. It’s safe to say I’ll stay away from this place.

40+ visits since my initial review, I think it’s time for a little update.
I don’t get food here. I rarely get hot drinks here. What keeps me coming back are the delicious, highly caffeinated iced coffees. I can get a large (32 oz) for under $ 3, and it’s always delicious.
Drive-​thru service is always efficient and friendly. For my fairly simple needs, this DD is A-​OK!

Donuts were nothing special. Poor attitude from woman working behind counter. Unfriendly, rude. Apparently one apple fritter counts as two donuts? I’ve never heard of that before. Considering it wasn’t even that big, it’s below average in size and taste.
Expensive. it wasn’t worth it for the quality of the experience (the rude woman) and basically getting four donuts for an overpriced half a dozen. What a rip off.
Highly disappointed, wouldn’t go again for this unmemorable donut experience. I was really looking forward to it too, considering there’s no Dunkin’s where I come from.

I’m not going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m new to this state and we didn’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts in California. I decided to try the shop and went in and got this lady. she seemed annoyed when I asked her opinion on the best coffee. Anyway I went back today and was given the wrong order. I get this weird feeling she did it on purpose and was sent from lucifer lol… Nothing more annoying

Needing that DD coffee fix we stopped in. Pulling around back to the drive through it was 7 cars deep so we went inside. Got the usual XL coffee and was on our way. Friendly staff as most locations have so I would stop here again when in the area.

As Double Ds go this is just like all the others. Its clean, convenient, the service is about average. They are fast and efficient and all seem to enjoy working there. All except one who with her attitude and demeanor seems to be bringing the whole establishment down. No bedside manner, no sense of decorum, and outright rude for working at a place where cranky people go early in the morning to get their happy juice and fat pill fix. When she served me my sausage egg and cheese croissant she just threw it on the counter. When I went to get it she just pointed at it like I was hearing impaired. When I took it out of the bag it looked like she sat on it before serving it (see pic). I love DD and prefer it over any other national donut chain (my favorite is Real Donuts) and the only good news is I don’t live in this area so I don’t have to come here again.

This location of Dunkin’ seems to always satisfy me. The dining area has been very clean on every visit. There are plenty of tables and seats for those who aren’t in a hurry. It’s very spacious comparatively to the other Henderson location.
They coffee varieties are always stocked for my Keurig. I actually noticed them selling a Keurig machine for those in need. It’s very convenient of them!
The cashier’s here have also been very friendly and helpful. I’ve always had wonderful experiences visiting here… even though it’s just a short few minutes. Thanks Dunkin’ for the good coffee and sugary goodness!
