One of the Best Buffets, Beer and Wine included food was great, only complain I have was the line, if your thinking of going here be prepared for the wait.

Because we live so close by, we finally thought it appropriate to take a visit to studio B and try out the buffet at the M casino. I was pleasantly surprised at the array of foods as well as the availability of craft beer and wine that were included for only around $ 40 on a Sunday evening. My favorite things in the buffet where the warm crab legs of course, that she needs salad, roasted chard, the soup selections, and the tempura vegetables. My husband really enjoyed the sliced turkey and carpet meets as well as the roasted vegetables and the same items as myself. We were pleasantly surprised at the beer was not just domestic beer, but instead there were some options from local breweries including honey ale and a Cider that was light and refreshing! For the price, we we will come back when the price is around $ 25 midweek-but the price was well worth it for anyone wanting to go to be very clean, food filled, great buffet with friendly service!

Rated the #1 Seafood buffet in Las Vegas. Such an enormous variety and selection. Food is delicious and liquor is COMPLIMENTARY! Yup! You read that right. LIQUORISCOMPLIMENTARY, and that includes champaign and wines.

Fantastic! Wait staff was great, very nice and responsive. I didn’t pick up a single dish that I didn’t want to finish. Everything tasted great and there were so many varieties. Will definetly be back again.

Was really excited to check this place out. Its about 10 miles from the strip so you’ll need a car or you could always take a cab. We came early thinking the lines would be long but turned there was no wait at all even during the long holiday weekend. What i really liked was how the price of the meal included wine/beer/momosa’s. Other than that, the rest of the food to me was all just OK. Like most buffets there’s a wide selection of foods from the seafoods, to the prime rib, to the asian foods, to the Italian, to the desserts. The shrimps were pretty small compared to other places we’ve been to. Although i did think the oysters were very fresh. I also didn’t like how the prime rib was pretty dry after just a few minutes eating it. Overall, I enjoyed the included alcoholic drinks, oysters, and desserts, but the rest of the foods were just OK. Not sure if i’ll come back for awhile with so many other options in sin city.

This is one of my favorite buffets in Vegas though it is not on the strip. I would recommend coming here on your way out of Vegas. It’s typically about $ 20 pp(though we did a holiday buffet for $ 40pp). Great selection, especially of Asian foods, for your Asian parents/grandparents.

This is probably regarded as THE buffet off the strip. The marginal benefit of paying $ 40 for the M’s buffet isn’t that well worth it. The popular dishes will be the Crab Legs, Oysters, Prime Rib, and unlimited Mimosas. The Flan and Crème brûlée is good. Macarons are below average tasting. Come here if you want to eat at a buffet but with low expectations. The bathroom is located outside on your RIGHT.

Not the worst buffet in the world but after all the hype and the price, I was more than a bit disappointed. At first look, this place sounds amazing! Raw oysters, prime rib, unlimited mimosas/beer, crab, and a huge amount of other items. We came in for lunch in December and were hoping to do the cheaper $ 15 buffet but during the holidays the prices are consistently $ 40. I didn’t mind though and was looking forward to it after hearing about their amazing selection. While the seafood quality wasn’t awful, it certainly wasn’t good either. The only items that were halfway decent that I tried were the pastas(if you like REALLY creamy pastas), the shrimp(nothing special about it, just… shrimp+cocktail sauce), the prime rib(not bad for a buffet), some of the cream based desserts(some were hit and miss but some were pretty good), and their gelato(not amazing but not bad either). Everything else just tasted of disappointment. The crab(both hot and cold) was REALLY overcooked. The oysters were extremely bland and I could barely get them out of their shells. The sashimi/sushi fish was also bland but not the worst. The rice on the other hand was hard and inedible. The poke and lomi lomi salmon was overly salty with little other flavor. Overall, I left full but unsatisfied with the quality. Service was nice but due to the number of people, we weren’t checked on too much. Glad to have tried it at least once though. 2 stars for regular quality but 3 considering its a buffet/the price.

So I lost 40 lbs in the past 6 months and gained at least 10 lbs in 90 minutes eating what is described below. Wednesday 11⁄18th I came to feast by myself and was very impressed with the Studio B buffet at M Resort. I would consider this buffet one of the best in Las Vegas, and the best buffet for locals. The carving station was in the round and this buffet is designed in a serpentine shape. Each of the food bins had their own digital thermometer showing the temperature which was comforting compared to other buffets where i’ve questioned to myself if it was safe to eat. Fantastic foods I devoured that added at least 10 lbs to my body weight within 90 minutes included chef salad, Greek salad, stuffed grape leaves, large cocktail shrimp w/lemon wedges & tangy sauce, several trips to the amazingly delicious trimmed prime rib where the chef was kind enough to ask how thick of a cut I desired and if I prefer medium or medium rare, woodstone fire oven pizza, pork loin, lamb paella, curry chicken, oxtail soup w/peanuts, kalbi beef ribs, chicken adobo, kalua pork, miso glazed salmon w/coconut rice, rosemary garlic lamb chops, pork osso buco, BBQ pork ribs, fried chicken, fried pollock, grilled pork chops, chicken saltimbocca, fried clam strips, tempura veggies, potato au gratin, creamed spinach, steamed swai fish, grilled asparagus, steam cauliflower, waffle fries, sweet potato purée w/marshmallows, hericot vert green beans w/almonds, ginger carrot coins, mussels, melons, assorted sushi w/masago, and the dessert station oh my where to start? I won’t admit it! At least they have comfy chairs :-) 3 wines, 4 beers on tap and 1 root beer on tap are all included with this buffet. I had ice tea. Studio B has a very modern décor and beautiful interior design. Estimate 50 flat screen TVs that form a wall 3′ foot high stretching at least 100′ feet in length, advertising areas of the M Resort and some of the TVs showed the Food Network. Low volume classic rock played as background music, to an upscale clientele that I judge based on manners and apparel. Friendly service by the cashier, hostess, server, each of the chefs including the head chef. A nice conversation with the head chef who shared with me the 13 Southern NV Health District Grade A Certificates were because all the cooking is done here and the SNHD requires each station to have its own. I did not take photos inside as I would never be able to focus on my Gluttony :-) See 2 outside photos below… Unilocal300CHALLENGE2015: #286

We have lived in the area since 2010 and tried numerous buffets, this really has to be one of the best in LV. We have done breakfast, lunch and dinner plus the Sunday Seafood buffet– always great! The phở is good for being a buffet and they have KALBI and Kim chi. The free wine and beer is also a plus. We always take visitors here and they are always impressed. My relatives from LA had their 50th anniversary reception here and they really enjoyed it, I come from a family of over the top foodies so that should tell you something. Amazing buffet!

If you’re driving back to LA from Vegas, this is the last stop you must take before taking that long drive back. Located from what seems about a 10 to 15 minute drive from the strip, this buffet has all the makings of the buffet that should be at the strip. One advantage that it has is a great view of the Vegas strip, although the gas station sign does get in the way. The buffet is very spacious, seating for families and parties. The weird thing is that the restrooms are outside the buffet, so if you need to take a break or do your thing you have to go out and they’ll let you right back in. This buffet has a pretty good selection of foods. The foods I really enjoyed here and recommend are the crab legs(they cut them here!), cocktail shrimp, and the sushi selection isn’t too bad. I expected better from the oysters as they did not look fresh and did not taste fresh as well. The desert selection is one of the best I’ve seen at a buffet. They have many different flavors of gelato as well as cheesecake, tiramisu and macaroons. This place should cater to the needs of those who are very picky about their food since they pretty much have anything that you can think of. Service here is pretty good. I’ve only gone here with large parties and the servers do a great job clearing up the used plates and refilling our drinks. Like I said before, this is a great place to end a weekend Vegas trip, and if you’re not driving, a perfect way to get a food coma!

We ended up at the Studio B Buffet while entertaining out of town guests. I had incredibly low expectations. Arriving late for the lunch service we paid the lunch price $ 16.99. But by the time we were seated the brunch was on dinner service and others were paying $ 24.99. I don’t know if the food options change much from lunch to dinner, but I was very pleased with what we paid for what we received. I don’t go to buffets often. Like so many locals, I may suggest a buffet when friends/family are visiting, but other than that, I generally do not step foot inside a low-end buffet filled with limited(yet dressed up to look limitless) tasteless food options. I also avoid the high-end buffets with decent quality food and creative options where you will pay high-end prices for food options you don’t enjoy and then serve yourself. Most average eaters can never get their money’s worth at a buffet. They/we head for shrimp and crab to try and justify paying $ 50-$ 60 for a subpar dining experience. I am happy to report with two crab stations at Studio B, and a HUGE general food selection, you won’t get caught up in that frantic mediocre crab leg stampede. Studio B has a wide variety of dishes that(gasp) actually taste good. No really. I was not eating animal protein and I was able to eat a wide variety of vegetables(salad, curry vegetables, green beans), protein(hummus, bean and corn dip), and sufficient vegan/veggie friendly dishes(pasta with marinara sauce, spring rolls, noodles, tabouleh, etc.). Others in our party enjoyed: kalbi ribs, oxtail soup, prime rib, and salmon. There is flavor and texture that you won’t get at most affordable buffets. I appreciate that the food is continually replenished. And I love that I saw two different people cleaning up the buffet area. For my time, money, and general buffet bang-to-buck perspective, there are only three buffets that I would recommend: Wynn(high-end), Sterling Brunch(high-end), and Studio B(mid-range). That’s not bad company, Studio B.

I’ll just say that we went here because it was at the hotel we were at, and we just wanted to gamble right away. We came on a Sunday night and because it’s considered a «weekend» it was their«seafood» buffet, so it costs almost twice as much as their regular dinner buffet. Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth it. All they had were some nasty dry crab legs, some raw oysters, and some shrimp cocktail, and they charged us an arm and a leg. Throw in some lobster tails or something, and then maybe I could justify the price, but it just wasn’t that good for what we paid. Compared to other buffets in Vegas, the quality of the food here just wasn’t up to par. It definitely wasn’t worth $ 43 for dinner. I’d at most pay $ 25-$ 30 for what they were serving. If you want to hit up a good buffet, go to Bacchanal(sp)… you might be waiting in line, but you know it’s going to be worth it.

Best buffet ever. Located off the strip, definitely check this place out if you and your party have a rental car. We arrived in a party of eight, about two and a half hours before they closed, and got in after waiting only about ten minutes. This buffet also includes all-you-can-drink including beer, wine, and champagne, which I have previously only seen as a more expensive meal option at other buffets. At under $ 40, I happily enjoyed drinking and eating my fill only to wish my Japanese stomach was larger to try more foods. My favorite was the seafood area, where I stocked up on oysters and cold snow crab. The prime rib was also pretty solid. It was nice of the staff to come to our table and mention that we should get our last helpings in since they stopped bringing out fresh food at a certain time. I am soooo coming back here again.

I feel like this buffet has gone downhill. I used to view it as 4-star worthy. Now it’s somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. They still have unlimited beer and wine included in the cost of the buffet(no extra charge), which is great. But other than that, I found nothing all that good at my recent dinner trip. I got all excited when one of their advertisements said«Alaska King Crab». But alas, there was N king crab! There was crab, cleverly simply labeled«cold crab» and«steamed crab». But it was NOT king crab. I felt so duped. And disappointed. They did have prime rib. However, it was actually disgusting. The fatty parts were straight up mucus yellow and it was just horrible. Was it really even prime rib? It tasted almost nothing like prime rib. The rest of the offerings seemed typical buffet. Ho-hum. Dried out. Over-cooked. Not particularly good. The lobster mac ‘n’ cheese was the best thing I had. They do have a decent selection of desserts. But I didn’t find any of them particularly good. The gelato was the best thing. They had several varieties that were tasty. Our server was friendly and attentive. If you sit in the back room, there’s a nice view of the Strip. Overall, it was a pretty run-of-the-mill buffet experience. And I didn’t get to enjoy any actually good food.

Not a bad buffet! I guess my favorite thing is the fact we play in the casino for 2 – 3 hours and they send up comps for the buffet on our next visit. Gotta love that! We purposely don’t eat much before driving to Vegas from SoCal just so we can make this our first stop. Food is always fairly good and a nice selection. Only thing that is frustrating is their line to get in and how it operates. It just seems out of whack somehow and confusing for the customer as to what’s going on. A lot of hurry up to the next waiting area and then waiting without any clear instruction. Another challenge is service at the tables is hit and miss. This last trip was great. Other times it takes forever to get your drinks and good luck with refills or even flagging someone down. Still, the won’t deter us from visiting every trip we make to Vegas.

I think this is pretty worth it. Downside might be because it’s off the strip, but if you’re okay with traveling a bit for some decent buffet, this is a nice option. Reminder: groups larger than 9 people – 18% gratuity. I came with a group of 10, so it was roughly 23 – 24 bucks a person or so for lunch. But the general price of like 20 bucks a person is so worth it. There’s a pretty good variety of food. Beer and wine is included(OMGAH!) They have a pretty decent selection of food. The seafood buffet dinner on selected days is pretty good too. The shrimp and oysters were tasty, but the quality of the oysters were so-so. The line for the seafood is ridiculous. Overall, good stuff if you’re looking for a cheap buffet. Also, this place is tidy and neat. In terms of looking for more interesting and unique dishes, it can’t beat the more expensive buffets on the strip.

Located about 15 minutes off the strip at the M casino & hotel. Came here on a weekday evening for dinner and I was surprised there was not even a line. Walked right up to the cashier and paid for dinner for 2 people(total was $ 51). Pretty cheap for a buffet in Vegas IMO. The food was also pretty good. Some of my faves were the prime steak, mac&cheese, tuna poke, as well as the salmon salad. They have a soup bar, salad bar, an actual bar, dessert bar, and etc! There was sooooo much food that I didn’t get to try everything.(Don’t eat the sushi roll here though. The rice was hard. BOO!!! The only reason why this place is only getting 4 stars) There’s no additional charge for the unlimited beer and wine, however your options are very limited. Service was really friendly and accommodating, which is a huge bonus. Will definitely be coming back for the weekend seafood buffet(-$ 5 discount with CAID)

If you’re thinking this is a bit pricey and you’re hungry it’s worth it! I’ve been to this buffet plenty of times and it is hands down one of my favorite buffets in LV. The place has a good variety of food items such as, seafood, thai food, pizza, prime rib and not to mention a well varied dessert bar! Let me go ahead and highlight a few things about this place — CALIFORNIAID get’s you $ 5 off. — Prime rib is juicy — good meatballs — hmm tofu and eggplant was yummy — salad bar — soup bar — cali king crab(warm or cold) — shrimp cocktails — sushi is ok… — make your own phở — unlimited drinks — wine, beers, and mimosas as part of the buffet line up — dessert bar has unlimited espresso shots — go ahead and make your own rootbeer float — CLEAN — Friendly staff I also have to mention that they mistakenly did not allow us to eat in with our service animal. We wrote upper management and they immediately apologized and offered us accommodations for the inconvenience that it has caused. They were very professional about the whole situation. Since then, we’ve been eating here with our service animal with no problem. One of the many reasons why I love the M and Studio B.

Being as there are a TON of reviews already, I’ll try to point some key things out. Soo this buffet(inside M casino) had a very high reputation when they first opened but they’ve dipped in some areas. But in my opinion, still deserve a high rating as long as you: — DON’T GOTOANYOFTHEIRSEAFOODBUFFETS! Honestly they add only like 3 different options for seafood and they are not great at all. I remember their lobster was mainly just stuffing! Ack! — Avoid going during any major holiday! Especially Mother’s Day! Was $ 49.99 a person and we were all disappointed especially after waiting 2 hours! –Only go to their Monday-Friday Lunch from 11am-2:30pm for $ 15.99. Same quality as the Dinner and Seafood Buffet in my opinion without their measley 3 extra options lol. Hours of Operation: Lunch= Mon. — Fri. 11:00am — 2:30pm $ 15.99 Children 5 years — 8 years $ 11.99 Dinner= Mon. — Thur. 2:30pm-8:00pm $ 23.99 Children 5 years — 8 years $ 17.99 Seafood Buffet= Sat. — Sun. 11:00am — 8:00pm $ 39.99 Children 5 years — 8 years $ 26.99 Seafood Dinner= Fri. 2:30pm — 8:00pm $ 39.99 Children 5 years — 8 years $ 26.99 During my most recent visit a few days ago for Lunch, it was exactly like I remembered! Tons of vegetarian options including about 10 different salads and I love the mushroom ravioli! But they also offer prime rib, fried chicken, green mussels, pad thai, yellow curry, all the usual chinese options, tomato bisque soup, pastas, jambalaya and a lot of the other usuals but done better than most buffets. And of course, their infamous desserts! Just try like all of them, you won’t regret it. Well, maybe your pants will lol. But overall, I still love this buffet. I just won’t waste my time and money for anything besides their lunch! Enjoy! :)
