I come here like once every week for breakfast and I always get mamas pancakes they are amazing. I also love the little store in there to the have the coolest stuff! The service is also really good I have yet to come there and have a bad experience and for those reasons I love this place!!!

We’ve been back to this Cracker Barrel many times since writing my original review, usually for breakfast. The last several times, the grits have been unacceptably watery. This time, I mentioned it to our waitress who acknowledged the problem, and even offered to replace the grits with something else from the menu. She told us that the consistency of the grits are determined by whoever makes them, first thing in the morning. Since this seems to be an ongoing problem, I have reluctantly concluded that the person who makes the grits really doesn’t care about the grits.

Had one of the best experiences I have ever had at Cracker Barrel today. Our server Bubba was wonderful. Extremely attentive and friendly. All staff and the manager on duty went above and beyond. All of our food including the bread was fresh and tasted wonderful. Best location I have ever been to.

I was in desperate need for coffee and a breakfast. Some friends(friendship under review) actually recommended this place. And it turned out to be a place for old people. The food was surprisingly odd.

I didn’t eat here — I did my Christmas shopping. I always fill Christmas stockings with CB’s old timey candy, and I got bargains on a Vandy jacket and a tabletop air hockey game. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They lose a star for a sign at the front door saying that it doesn’t discriminate against people based on race, gender, etc. The sign doesn’t mention gays, and the Cracker Barrel company is notorious for discriminating against gay employees. I don’t know how this particular store treats gays, but the sign made me feel bad for shopping there.

It is super busy on Sundays. Expect a wait! But, I think all Cracker Barrels are busy on Sundays so that’s pretty normal. I had their pot roast cooked in mushroom. It’s new on their menu and oh my goodness. I dominated that plate in 10 minutes. It was sooooo good. The meat literally melted in your mouth and the gravy was to die for. I got mashed potatoes for my side and hash brown casserole. Odd combination, I know. I would probably get corn instead of casserole next time. There’s really nothing bad that I’ve gotten from cracker barrel. I also like their chicken and dumplings. The wait isn’t really that bad either because there’s so much stuff you can look at while waiting for your table. My fiancé and I played some games while waiting and next thing we know, we’re seated! They have a lot of spots for parking too so no worries about that!

Mama’s pancake breakfast is always a sure thing. I’ve never gone wrong with it. My fiancé treated herself with their new mushroom based pot roast which she said was amazing. I was there on Sunday morning right when the church crowd came and it was extremely busy. expect to wait. We waited about 20 – 25 minutes for our table. We had a really nice server but it seemed like she had too many tables because we asked for little things like condiments and it would take her at least 10 minutes to come back with ketchup. Overall, my experience with Cracker Barrel is always good. You can’t go wrong with almost anything on the menu.

I have always liked Cracker Barrel, but DONOT eat at this location. They have gone downhill fast! No one would wait on us, after 10 minutes I had to ask then another 5 minutes she came. No drinks for another 10 minutes. I ordered chicken and dumplings and they were out! Yes, totally out! So I ordered the hamburger steak, and it was raw! So I had to eat my vegetables without my meat. And one cashier, and a long line to pay. He never asked how our meal was, I guess he knows better not to ask! People in line behind me said its just as bad out here in line as it was in there(dining room). That is my last visit at that location. Oh, and we didn’t get any discount off the meal for the raw hamburger steak!
