On more than one occasion I’ve picked up food at the drive through only to get the ultimate surprise when I get home. That’s when I find out that my entire order is wrong. I’m not talking just a pot pie or mashed potato missing… THE ENTIRE F-​ING ORDER. I’m the one who has to drive 3 miles back and waste more of my precious time trying to make it right. When you spend $ 35 on fast food you should at least get the order correct. From now on I’m going to Bojangles. chicken is just as good. it’s cheaper and they don’t screw your order up…

Every now and then, I get in the mood for fried chicken. This KFC will probably keep me out of that mood for a while.
I walked in at about 8 pm, and there was one other couple and myself as customers. But there seemed to be a real problem in the kitchen finding food for our orders. It really did take way too much time to be served. Then, when I got my family meal home, I discovered that it was 2⁄3 wings. Seriously, what kind of bird did this come from?

I’ve been there twice since 1⁄2014: I have never seen a fast-​food crew so committed to doing a good job! I got there late one night and placed a large order. I had no idea the place was closing in 15 minutes. The staff made no mention of that. Instead, they started my order, all the while updating me on time, offering me a free refreshing drink while I waited, and working hard. When my order was finished, the quality and freshness of the fried chicken was DELICIOUS! Went back a few weeks later and the quality was the same! Try this place… you won’t regret it.

Don’t try to order chicken thighs & legs. I have been several times and they always say, «we are out of thighs, can we substitute breasts?»
