Food was fine. Girl taking orders, wouldn’t even speak. No welcome, no hello, no, may I take your order? She just punted to the card scanner and didn’t even speak. I told her she needs to at least greet people, and she said she was tired. Wow. Not acceptable, sorry. Where is the training?

Looked up their local menu. Wanted an Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich. Sent my son to fetch. He came back with a dried-out piece of chicken (?) on a junior-sized, plain bun. Artisan? Huh? Maybe the box had flare. See the lettuce & tomato on the photo of that sandwich on their menu? Sorry. Nope, they didn’t give me any. The «dressing»? It was vinaigrette! Honest! Who puts vinaigrette on a chicken sandwich! I will never darken their doorstep again. That McDonald’s site has a lot of ’splainin’ to do, Lucy. You’ve been warned…

A Nightmare in the morning!
We ordered 2 sausage biscuits and 1 sausage mcmuffin w/egg. How simple could it get. No meals. No drinks. Simple.
They made multiple mistakes:
1. Order Window — Wrong order and wrong price.
2. Pick-up Window — Wrong product in bag.
Wrong product the 2^nd time.
3. Inside counter w/Manager — Wrong product in bag.
4. 2^nd trip inside counter w/Manager — Finally, right product in bag with NO APOLOGY or COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE, etc. OFFER!!!
This McDonald’s is the WORST SERVICE we have ever had in all of our travels from California to New York!
