George West End Barber Shop

Place was great until the only real barber left. Go see George V at Kdari salon. Good people and great cuts.

Probably the only place I will be going to from now on. I stopped by late afternoon for a quick hair cut. Everyone was with their clients and I asked to see Wilbur/​Wilmer (not exactly sure of the name). There was probably about an eight minute wait but I was in no rush. My hair came out exactly as I described. Also, the place gives off chill and relaxed vibes.

There isn’t a reason to not give it a 5 stars. I did not find myself disliking anything about it. It was our first time here and I was looking for a place to bring my grandfather to get an affordable hair cut. I learned about it via Google and Unilocal and the reviews were good. It is in a convenient location in the Quioccassin Shopping Center beside PizzaExpress. The shop was quaint, nice, very simple, and had a relaxing and welcoming feel to it. We were greeted immediately and it wasn’t busy so we didn’t have a wait. After speaking to the barber, I learned that it was a diverse shop open to anyone pretty much which I really love. Some places do not fully execute providing the sense or impression that they welcome anyone but this place does. The two barbers I met there were friendly and nice. They seemed very into their profession and didn’t do a slack job. The cut wasn’t rushed or half assed. I’ll most likely be sticking to this spot for my grandfather’s hair cuts.

Real chill place and the staff is nice. Donnell gave me a great cut. Great attention to detail; it felt personalized. $ 14 for a professional white guy type haircut. Huge step up in quality and experience, even from more expensive options.

I have been coming to GEDEH for a while now and I love my haircutting experience. I had my hair cut by Shine and his attention to detail is uncanny! Shine provides individualized haircuts. I noticed that no two individuals leave his chair looking the same. As a man, I don’t want to look like anyone else. Shine is also very detailed, precise, and QUICK!!! Shine is well versed on all hair types and ethnicity of people.
There are a variety of other barbers who cut at this shop. They all have varied levels of experience, but they look out and ensure that all customers leave looking their best. I would recommend GEDEH to anyone looking for a haircut in a clean peaceful environment.
