Ok… today is November 28th Saturday. They came out to my house promptly on October 28th to check out a problem that I was having with my living room 62″ Samsung T.V. The repairmen was very professional and told me that I need a new LED driver board, cooling fan, and filtering caps for my sub power board. I was told that the cooling fan would be ordered and to expect it to be in within a week or so. Needless to say I have called several times about the status of the part that was ordered. Each time I called I always get a different time of when the cooling fan will be in stock. I am getting frustrated because I always have to call and they never call me to give an update or an exact date that the part will be in stock. So I have been waiting now over a month to get my television repaired. Until I get my television repaired I will have to leave my review with one star! This is an update to my review. The repairman came to my house and repaired my tv. Once again he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explain to me that the delay was Samsung’s fault. Samsung had incorrect information on having the cooling fan in stock. With that said, my apologies to OK Electronics. I just gotten a little impatient without my tv lol. I even received a $ 20 discount on my tv repair because of the delay. So I would definitely recommend and will use OK Electronics again. Hopefully Samsung will have my part in stock next time. LOL

Tv repair guy came and told us we needed a new mother board for our Vizio. He took the mother board for repair and said it would be $ 260 to fix(with the $ 75 service charge). He brought the mother board back a week later and it still wasn’t fixed. He then said he would take it back and try one or two more things. After well over a week and no contact, I called them to check the update on my motherboard. He said it was ready and they were ready to come the next day, ironically. When he returned for the 2nd time, the mother board still was not fixed. He then recommended we pay $ 380 to get a brand new board, of course, that he was going to order. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants quality service and support, very unprofessional.
