If you love to make jewelry, you’ll love this place. Lots of beads, and jewelry-making classes if you’d like to learn. They have some nice silver pieces for sale that I believe are way over-priced, but nice just the same. Most of it looks old fashioned, though, and not just because it could all use cleaning.

This store is fantastic, the owner is amazing. The staff are all experts in their own areas, while being able to help you with whatever you need. The store has everything you need to make professional pieces, ranging from plastic to precious metals and gemstones. They have classes available, but they are always available to help customers on demand. It might seem like they are not being helpful to some, but if that is the case, it is only because they are helping another customer. The whole staff helps you from start to finish when you are in store, so perhaps the phone service could be improved. Every time I have called however, I am promptly helped and satisfied. I am a repeat customer because of the great variety, staff support, and convenience. The prices are competitive and you can make a gorgeous piece in any price range with the help of this staff and store.

Kate, the manager, treated me incredibly rudely after over a week of a frustrating experience with the store not returning my phone calls, regarding a very sentimental jewelry item that I needed fixed. Not valuable, but very important to me. I left my name and number to call back with a repair quote. After not hearing back to that, I left THREE messages about it – each time, emphasizing that I was concerned because this item meant a lot to me. I purchased it in Turkey 15 years ago and it’s not replaceable. I stopped in yesterday in person, since I wasn’t getting phone calls back. Kate(who said she was the manager) was rude, cold, and handed it to me saying, «We can’t fix it.» Okay, but why no answers to my phone calls? When I asked, she just ignored me, turned her back, and stopped speaking to me. At this point, I will never do business with them again. I’d previously had a good experience with Mansoor, the owner — but if I was a businessperson, I would not want Kate representing me and losing business on my behalf. AND, that *no one* called me back to ANY of my three messages, which means there’s a trend of terrible customer service. I am just grateful I got the bracelet back safely.
