Pontillo’s Pizzeria

I’m glad I get to be the first person to rate this dump. New to area and had good luck with various Pontillos shops. Basin being top of my list.
This place, however, is like the franchise that time forgot. The pizza is HORRIBLE. Sauce is so tart I had heartburn after first slice. Cheese was gummy and caked on, toppings were lame and sparse.
We ordered two medium pizzas… price was $ 30! One cheese and one sausage.$ 30! Really?! If they we decent size this would be ok but I actually measures them. Barely 12 inches! They look like personal pizzas. I called the shop to check if there was a mistake… now, that’s what you get at Pontillos. Two super small, really crappy, overpriced pies.
Delivery was on time. My guess is because nobody else is dumb enough to order from here.
Plenty of good pizza options around. Pass on this place.
Pontillos, your quality control needs work. This franchise is giving you a bad name.
