Cannot BELIEVE how helpful this company is when it is time make purchases. I was facing a deadline on ordering and this company went above and beyond to ensure the items were invoiced before the funds were deemed invalid due to missing the deadline. The customer service agent I spoke with even gave me a follow up call the next week to ensure each item arrived unharmed and working properly. I haven’t received customer service like this since the 60’s. You can definitely tell this is a well-run company that appreciates their customers. I would give six stars if they let me!

Poor customer service! It took a good month for the University of Michigan to place an order for the kit. Really!!! After the order was finally placed, they sent us the wrong kit. THEN, it took forever for them to send the replacement kit. When the replacement kit came, it did not include the correct cytokines that we specified. Seriously. Hire some half way decent people because as far as I’m concerned, baboons could do a better job at this point.

Amazing place to work, very friendly, family-run so little or no worries of takeovers, beautiful campus and views. Far fewer politics than at any other company where I’ve worked. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
