Decided to come here after seeing the positive reviews. I wish I hadn’t.
After asking her to go over the same area twice because she missed so much, I got home to find even more places that were missed entirely. Not only that, but my chin is full of cuts and is irritated into the next day.
I’ve had threading done in the past, so I know what to expect from a good threading session.
I will not be returning, and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to Eyebrow Hub (the location in Hercules) since they opened and I’m so glad they did! First, it is so convenient to have a threading salon in Hercules. Secondly, I haven’t had a bad experience coming here, and for someone who is somewhat picky about how their eyebrows look, I definitely am glad all my visits have been pleasant. Usually when I come in, there is a different lady working, but they all do a fantastic job. They listen to what I need to get done and they pay close attention to make sure I am happy with the threading they are doing. Definitely coming here whenever I need to get my eyebrows threaded!

Decided to stop by this place and check them out since I live in Hercules and they are about a 5 minute drive. I walked in and the lady that did my brows was super nice and she was pretty gentle. She did my brows just how I would like them and while she was threading she made sure I liked the shape before leaving. I will definitely be back here for the convenient location and superb customer service.

I usually go to a different threading place but this one is closer to my house. I’ve been watching it for a while wondering if I should risk going to a new place and yesterday for the sake of time I decided to go for it and get my eyebrows threaded here. I was not disappointed Rupi the owner threaded my eyebrows and they are perfect! She talked to me first about what I wanted and checked in between threading to make sure they were how I wanted. I will return!

My regular eyebrow lady is usually so busy & I’m always stuck waiting forever so I decided to try someone new. Preet ended up doing a great job on my eyebrows, she did exactly what I wanted & didn’t thin them down I definitely recommend coming here, no wait & she threads softly so don’t worry about your skin getting ripped off lol

I follow the owner Rupi to all her locations including this one because that’s just how good she is I have been going to her since she opened in Vallejo, she is very professional she gives you what you want and the results are awesome other workers at her locations are good too…

Hi everyone!!! just want to post a shot out to the eyebrow hub, welcome to the Hercules area:) I am happy to have a hub in the area. I must say: ladies or men you won’t be disappointed… this location is very friendly and skilled… so if your are nervous, don’t be:) because you are in good hands!

I LOVE coming to get my eyebrows done here! I do them every two weeks and each time I come out feeling like a new person! If you come in, trust me you won’t be disappointed. They listen to what I want and also give their opinion (of course they have a better eye at seeing if something is wrong)! Staff is supper nice and welcoming! I have done my upper lip as well! That hurts but it was so worth it! Visit them you won’t be disappointed! :)
