Round Table Pizza

We always order from here and pick up but this time decided to do delivery. It took 1 hour 30min to bring my pizza and they brought the wrong one! I called the manager and they were going to send another one in 20 minutes, waited 3 hours and pizza never came home!

Walked in to order pizza to go. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Facilities are old and outdated, but it serves it’s purpose. The pizza was just okay. There must be a reason why I don’t see that commercial anymore. The last honest pizza? What ever happened to the $ 5 off specialty pizza coupon, its only $ 3 off now? Remember Mountain Mikes is close by, Don’t loose your customers.

growing up on round table pizza, i’m partial to it, however looks like it’s time to give it up. Really…30 plus dollars for a combo pizza, and thats just a large. Then to top it off, a 10 minute disertation from a winey delivery guy about tips, really ruined the mood for pizza. see you later RTP

Dined in with family for dinner, first thing I noticed was the tables were crummy and a bit sticky like they haven’t been wiped down properly. We were the only people eating in, so service was fast. We ordered two personal sized pizzas for the kids, salad bar and a delicious veggie gourmet. When our pizza was done and taken to our table we weren’t given any plates, so we kept placing the hot slices back on the pan after taking our bites. We usually go for delivery or take out rather than dine and I think we will continue to do so. Good food, but it appears they care about take out orders more than dine ins, so they don’t fix up the dining areas as well. Shame, maybe more people would dine in if they did.

What kind of place doesn’t take digital coupons in a digital world. We won’t be back.

Ordered a large pan pizza from here at around 5:20p and got my delivery around 6:30p only to find out my pizza is raw! I waited an hour only to receive dough with toppings. When I called back they suggested that they come get the pizza and cook it more or make another which would take 30 additional minutes, no refund or discount on my next order, just more time to wait. Ridiculous.
Super annoyed by this. An hour to serve dough, what the fuzz?!
Update: After frustratingly trying to cook the pizza more, I just decided to call back and ask for a refund which the manager did agree to. It was just taking too long to cook every 4 pieces especially something I waited an hour for and paid $ 28 for. Pepto Bismol & disappointment for dinner I guess.
I’ll excuse this one bad experience for their ability to work with me and this being an isolated occurrence.
Using once again because I’ve been puking more than I like. 4a. m and stomach upset, 6:02a.m and puking ugh. I don’t trust eating here again so 1 star. Sucks because this Round Table isn’t bad, customer service was great but this is just too much to overlook no matter what.

I called ahead on my way towards Hercules so I could just pick up the pizza no hassles. I’m glad I did, because there was a line when I arrived but I didn’t have to wait at all when it was my turn. Service was quick, pizza was ready. I get home with the pizza and it’s made sloppily… I mean it’s still pizza so of course I’m gonna eat it. Like they say «There’s no such thing as bad pizza, just better pizza» (words to live by my friend). I’ve definitely had better pizza from other Round Table locations. I don’t even know how they can taste different but they do! I will literally drive past the Richmond location to get to the Pinole location but in this instance I wanted to give Hercules a chance since I was headed that way anyway. Not completely disappointed but not «Woohoo as good as it gets» type of visit.
My order: Medium ½ pepperoni ½ garden delight on original crust.

This Round Table is great!
My family has ordered here quite a few times, and it has been very consistent. They have friendly staff, they place is clean and the food is good.
Usually, we order for delivery.
Our food gets here within the time they provide, it always arrives hot, and they are very pleasant to speak to when placing a phone order.
I’ve been to several horrible round tables, so we love this one.

Pizza terrible and overpriced. Frozen supermarket pizzas much better. $ 35 for large no taste hard crest and liter of Pepsi. I’m from NYC, this place wouldn’t last a week. Even bad Pappa Johns better.

Had delivery last night. The pizza was delicious.

Pricey compared to other inferior pizza places. But definitely worth it.

Called to order their over priced pizza because my sons enjoy it. (I could care less, but I treat them sometimes). 2 unanswered calls, the 3^rd attempt «Jose» answered & put me on hold for over 5min. 4^th call, someone else answered & immediately put me on hold. I hung up & went to MOD. Better option, better service. FYI — Both Hercules & Pinole locations are the same owner. I’m done giving ungrateful businesses my hard earned cash.

The customer service at this restaurant stinks! I ordered a pizza with no onions for p/​u and when I got home I saw it was full of onions. I called the restaurant and asked if a new pizza could be delivered but was told because it was raining it would be over an hour and a half. I asked what compensation would I receive and was told I could get a $ 5 discount on my next order! I asked that another pizza be made and I would pick it up, so I went back in the rain. When I got to the restaurant I asked to speak to the manager and was told, after a five minute wait, that he could not speak with me because he was in the back «rolling dough.» How rude! Even though I have been to this restaurant several times before I will NOT return.

I just called to place an order. I know it’s close to closing time so I planned on picking it up. I only live a few mins. away. Well I called twice & no one answered the phone. Your website says you close at 10:00pm. I called at 9:48 & 9:50. I’d rather you answer the phone and deny me than to just leave me hanging! Now I’m driving to Pinole to pick up my pizza from the Fitzgerald St location. You should change your close time to 9:48.

ATTENTION, this is not a review of this particular location rather a review of round table pizza itself. Hey round table are you really «the last honest pizza?» For the prices you charge every ingredient you serve should be 100% organic!!! Your prices are too high for what you receive!!! I mean c’mon son almost 8 bucks for a personal pizza??? I understand you have overhead to worry about and minimum wage went up but you guys have been around forever and a day! You have to be multi millionaires easily!!! Time to redo your slogan to come on in and pay almost 40 bucks to have a large pizza delivered lawd have mercy!!! Stop gouging the people if your going to continue to use non organic ingredients! Ok I’m done… drops microphone and walks away!!!

So I just called to get a pizza delivered and the guy was very rude and try to rush me through my order round table should take more care in the way they talk to their customers I ordered a pizza anyway I still didn’t appreciate him being a dick

Round table is my favorite pizza! The crust is just right, and it’s not too greasy. The round table in vallejo was also super greasy so I love the Hercules location. Not too greasy… Their specialty pizzas are also very good, my favorite is montague’s meat marvel!

Pizza is sooooo good! The fam almost always gets a sausage pizza, pepperoni, cheese, and a vegetarian. Usually we do like half and half. We get liters of coke and sprite and sometimes bread sticks. Food is good! Delivery takes for-​e-​ver (sandlot voice). Forever. But worth it. Order BEFORE you feel starving lol

Love the pizza from round table but every time I order from here I feel like I am ordering a super greasy pizza but that is how their pizzas are made! With a crap load of grease! Besides the grease — the pizza here is good. So if you can eat passed the greasy part then you are good.
I always ordered delivery but on the rare occasion that I sit in, the service is decent– nothing special. The restaurant is pretty cold but they always seem to have the AC in the place. Parking there is plenty of it.
Delivery is good too — never had a problem with that. One thing I do have to mention is their pizza tends to be on the more expensive side. Expensive meaning, compared to other places like Mountain Miles or Dominos — which have good pizzas as well. Just depends how much money you wanna spend on your meal for the day!

I’ve been enjoying pizza since I was a very young girl and my dad would bring home an anchovy pizza on Friday nights. I’ve eaten a lot of pizza since that time. I do enjoy the specialty pizzas that many restaurants feature and will go out of my way to try the latest spot. However, every once in awhile only a Round Table thin crust pizza with everything on it and topped with anchovies, will do.
The pizzas seem to be pretty much the same at every Round Table, but the service varies. I like this location; it is clean and the people working here are friendly and they NEVER forget to put the anchovies on the pizza.

I love pizza but rarely eat it while out. I like to make my own or when I feel like being bad I feast on Zachary’s, Little Star or Patxi’s. It’s all about the deep dish for me. I was staying at mom’s and she wanted RT. And since Moms wanted it we got it, no arguing with Moms I learned that a looong time ago.
I ordered myself a small gourmet veggie and had them add chicken and subbed the creamy white sauce for the zesty red. It comes with mushrooms, onion, green and red peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and garlic.
Yes, it was pricey without a coupon but it was fully loaded with toppings, tasted fresh and delicious. It was worth the almost $ 18 price for 6 slices.
The delivery fella was friendly and appreciated the tip. The pizza arrived sooner than the time quoted on the phone and the order was correct.
