Vanessa Vannasy

Vanessa is, quite simply, wonderful! I am a, ahem, senior guy, and I have been going to Vanessa for about four years now. She does an outstanding job, even making me look presentable, which at my age is no easy feat! Vanessa keeps a card catalog on all her people, so she knows just how you like it, and the cut is entireley consistent, even and perfectly contoured.
One of the most amazing things I would mention is that she has never been late for an appointment, nor has she ever made me wait. I usually text her one day before I need a cut, and she can almost always fit me in. From my experiences with other stylists, I can tell you they’re often tempermental and usually treat a schedule like it’s just a suggestion. Not Vanessa!
Vanessa is always happy and smiling, and even though we’re just hairdresser/​client, she always makes me feel like I’m visiting a friend. She also is not hard on the eyes, which makes my time with her even better!
She always has her cute little dog ‘Angel’ with her; Angel always has a color job on her paws and tail, and she’s almost as cute as Vanessa is. If you ask her (Vanessa), she’ll let Angel sit on your lap. It’s really fun to visit with Vanessa and get to pet Angel at the same time.
I would highly recommend Vanessa whether you’re a man or a woman. She is absolutely incredible!

My family and I have been going to Vanessa for years, its always a great experience her styling is cutting edge she always knows how to make us look great. If I could give 10 stars or more I would!

Vanessa has moved from Thee Salon in Pinole to a charming and beautiful part of Hercules to Heidi’s. Heidi’s is on a lovely street that has a view of the Bay below, after driving past parks such as Duck Pond Park. Taking San Pablo to Sycamore, it dead ends at Railroad. There is a pretty metal table and chairs in front. Her tiny dog, Angel, a sweet Maltese, can be available if you love dogs or not if you don’t. Angel’s personality matches Vanessa’s, sweet, friendly, and cheerful.
Vanessa is a warm, mellow, flexible stylist who, unlike every other stylist in the world, never has a bad hair styling day. She does what you want – not her ego. This time I asked her to do what she wanted and she came up with another new carefree cut that is flattering. She is open to working with your schedule with a positive and sweet personality to add icing to the cake.
She is usually off work on Sunday and Monday, but might even be open to an exception.
She doesn’t charge an arm and a leg either, has kept her charges the same for years. It doesn’t get any better than her. She works with all kinds of hair, all genders. I recommend her highly.
