I came in to get my jeans altered. The lady took a look at each of my jeans (which were distressed denim), and she made remarks passing judgment as if she hated my jeans. In fact she told me «you should just by Levi’s jeans.» Did she not want my business? Why would you insult your customer?
To top everything off; my jeans were not altered correctly. The length was still too long and it was not tapered at all which I asked for. I came back in to complain and she tried to say it was my fault. Thanks for wasting my time and money!

I’ve been a customer here for years. Primarily I come in to get my pants altered and they always do a wonderful job on the length. I don’t trust anyone else with my alterations! They are reliable, friendly and have a quick turn around time in getting the job done.
