I ordered two items for delivery. Pasta and dessert.
My pasta was supposed to come with breadsticks. it did not.
My brownie was supposed to have marshmallows on it. It did not
Not to mention my delivery driver was sloppy and and food stains on his shirt.

Food quality was good. Waitress talked too much, messed up drink order 5 times, messed up food order and ended up bringing comparable items and we decided to eat those to make it easier. Several dinner plates had to be returned due to cleanliness issues. They did adjust the bill for food mistakes on their own, which was nice that we did not have to complain any more.

Very satisfied with my visit here. It was half an hour till close, and while we felt bad, they accepted us in with happy smiles and good conversation. We had just driven 600 miles on new years eve and reached hereford about 9. We got to pizza hut about 9:30 and ordered takeout, so they didnt have to stay longer than they had to. There was a woman there who talked with us as she mopped, and cheered us up. I was upset over not being home for the holidays and she just walked over and gave me a free sprite. Pizza was delish! Only issue, the pizza was on the greasy side, but she packed plenty of napkins, parmesan packets and hot stuff. I would highly recommend this place, 5 stars!!!

Tables n seats were clean but staff was slow. Saw several watching tv while our waiter managed 5 tables himself n did decent job. Breadsticks came out after pizza and they were cold. Oh and I needed a fly swatter as there were a couple irritating flies.

This place just isn’t worth it. Go to Walmart and buy a Red Baron instead. The last time we went, we sat down just as the 6pm news was starting. We ordered and waited. The waitress brought our drinks and disappeared. Never refilled them, never checked on us.
The news went off, Wheel of Fortune came on at 6:30. No pizza, no waitress. There was 2 other tables in the entire restaurant besides us. Wheel of Fortune went off, the 7pm show came on. The waitress then came to tell us that our order was ‘lost’ and could she have it again. No way, chica! We left.
A couple of months later, we ordered a delivery and it came an hour and 15 minutes later and was nowhere near hot, warm or tepid. It was stone cold. Never again.

40 years in this town. This is probably the worst Pizza Hut imaginable. Like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get… a crummy pizza or a crappy pizza. 3 Sundays ago we broke down and ordered a thin large Super Supreme for delivery. 45 minutes later we got a tepid, cracker crust excuse of a pizza with skimpy, unevenly portioned toppings. Never again. Been burned too many times for too many years.
