I had a horrible experience at this salon. I called up to make an appointment, and met with an inexperienced colorist right out of beauty school. My hair had been dyed previously, and my roots were much lighter than the bottom of my hair. She applied the dye evenly to my entire head, and I left with two-​tone hair that looked like a joke. Before I left, I told her I was unhappy with my hair and it came out much darker than I would have liked. She blew me off completely, and charged me around $ 80 for a terrible, uneven dye job that a 12 year old could have done at home. The color came out about 4 shades darker than I wanted, and it was blotchy and uneven. My roots were bright and vibrant, and the rest of my hair was a weird, muted color like something from a horror movie.
I was so unhappy that I went back later on to complain, and two girls greeted me at the desk. They laughed at me! Yes, I was as surprised as you are reading this. These people who were left in charge of running a desk at a popular salon actually laughed in my face when I gave them feedback. Needless to say, I would never go back to this salon. I’ve told all my friends to avoid it!
They clearly didn’t value my business at all, and I’d been there many times before this. The owner should keep an adult on the premises at all times to deal with customers and supervise the inexperienced kids working there. Stay far, far away from this dump unless you like rude teenage girls who dye your hair multiple colors and laugh in your face! What a nasty experience.
