Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in history.
Workers are always confused and making mistakes is the norm — with the exception of a guy named Bill that normally is making sandwiches and other food.
Lines are always going out the door, coffee frequently cold — I caught then pouring caffeine coffee and I ordered decaf.
Total chaos.
This morning it was packed and the line was barely moving. two people on register were terrible. I ordered a decaf with one cream. They told me they are out of crème, so they had to use milk. Well the kid at the counter had to write down the order «decaf 1 milk» so he would not forget. He poured it, while I was waiting at the register. Unknown to m he put my coffee in the food pick up counter — he came back o the counter area and started doing something with the donuts, Never telling me where the coffee was or that it was ready. I only found out after customers in line starting yelling «Sir. your coffee is over here» and they pointed to food pick up area.
It’s ALWAYS like this… it’s terrible. Do yourself a favor and go to the other Dunkin in Herkimer that is inside Walmart store.
