Overall, it seems like an ok place. But where is the owner!!! Two kids were running around like crazy, trying to get food prepared, make milkshakes, take orders, and serve. The girl apologized and said that someone called off. Well, where the heck was the owner to assist in a pinch? Thank goodness the two employees there were absolutely awesome and worked well together… still no owner, though, as i wait about 20 minutes for a hot dog with onions… I can definitely tell that most of the folks in the dining room would never be back again. This was my first visit, and likely my last.

A combo of five guys and Susie’s hot dogs concept. We got two hot dogs and fries, the bun was awful and fell apart and tasted stale the portion sizes also for the price seemed small. I love supporting local places and will pay the premium prices for quality food and portions. For a cheaper price you can go somewhere else. The fries were also towards the crunchy side and lacked flavor. I saw the burger combos but that would have run each of us in the 12 – 15 dollar a person range. We can go to a Michael Simon restaurant and get burgers for that price and we do when in Cleveland. Overall the verdict is still out

I’m so glad to have a locally-owned and gluten free friendly restaurant in town that also tastes great! To the review that said the workers need to be wearing something on their heads, they were when I was there. The gentleman with hair was wearing a hat and the other man making food had a buzzed haircut, so there’s no need for head cover. The workers on register and delivering the food do not need hair coverage. I am trained in food safety standards and I did not see a single issue there. They wore gloves when handling ready to eat foods and even made sure to change gloves when dealing with any allergies or sensitivities. They were great about letting me know which things were a better guarantee for gluten sensitivity or celiac disease. I love that they have Boylan soda! It’s delicious. Speaking of delicious, the food was very tasty, hot, & filling. The fries were made to order and the gluten free bun was high quality. It took less than two minutes to get our food and they were very steadily busy. I believe $ 16 for two people with the huge chili dogs, mounds of fries, and two drinks was definitely fair. A meal at a fast food place is at least $ 11 for two people and that isn’t grass fed beef or gluten free buns. I can tell you it will not be fresh either. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and convenient. The food was delicious and fairly priced. I’ll be coming back!

Good burger, great fries, plentiful. Felt overpriced based on décor and no table service. Two of us paid a bill of $ 25 for a hot dog and fries and a burger and fries. Lots of personnel but only 2 – 3 appeared to be doing anything.

The food is fantastic. I’ve been there a few times but am only just reviewing them. The hotdogs are nice and juicy while still being meaty. The burgers are thick and have that taste that is obviously a good sourced beef. The chili is thick and meaty but could maybe be a tad spicier, but I like really spicy foods. The fries are fresh cut and well cooked. The cheese selection is good. The build your own burgers/dogs selection is fantastic. The hidden gem on the menu are the nachos. They were simply amazing. Lastly, the Coke Freestyle machine is the icing on the cake. I love this place and recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Meh. Meh everything. Order a custom burger and the order was wrong and it took 15 minutes to get. They had to redo which took another 15. I only have a ½ hour till movie! Tried to eat before show and it was soggy:(Fries also soggy and cold. Really unhappy and there’s enough other choices to not get hung up on fast food posing like something else. Went back over the weekend because I had to(wasn’t driving…). I ordered another burger and fries… I NEEDNEWFRIENDS!

Ate there when it first opened and of the 7 of us that ate there only my wife liked it. Just ate there today on 10÷4÷15 and same thing. I actually came home with an upset stomach. Even my wife who likes it says the buns are terrible both the regular and the whole wheat. The frys are the only good food. I had a burger each time, 4 oz and it really has not flavor for the price. My two grown sons had the Chicago Dog and neither would get it again. My daughter in law had the chicken burger and mac and cheese and was not impressed. I will not be going back.

I was excited to try this restaurant as I enjoy premium burgers/dogs. I have traveled all over the U.S. and have tried many styles/regional specialities. Upon entering the restaurant it appears very gastro pub-ish. Chalk board menus and lists of choices/toppings. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, Chicago dog, chili cheese fries, and onion rings(party of 3). The first thing I noticed was that they cut open a plastic bag of frozen onion rings and dumped them into the fryer. The food came and looked good. The onion rings were bad and tastes like Burger King. The chili cheese fries were salty and not good. The burger was okay but by no means a premium burger. Last, the Chicago dog was awful. I’ve eaten at Portillos in Chicago, I’ve had hot dogs outside of Wrigley Field, and this hot dog was in no way a Chicago dog. The relish was flavorless, the sport peppers were too soft/sweet and had no heat, the natural casing dog has no crunch, and the bun was soggy. Overall very poor on presentation and execution. I felt the price was extremely too high in comparison to the value received. The best part of the trip was the coke machine with all the flavors and the décor. They need to improve the quality of their ingredients and their attention to detail.

Not bad for something new, food is average for higher price, staff not very friendly at all, food handlers need to be wearing something on their heads. Wouldn’t go back.

I can only say«meh». For all the hype and anticipation, the bison burger didn’t have much flavor at all. Fries with chili and cheese were good. Felt like a cheap 5 guys knock off.

I’m giving this place 5 stars. The reason is because I traveled to get here and check it out. I heard they catered to gluten allergies and had hormone free food… I’m always up for a place that caters to that! I created gluten free burger cheddar cheese bbq rub and normal toppings. My husband had big daddy bison burger and fries. I loved my burger and I stole half of his fries because they were so addicting. I really liked the location and the décor is simple. It seems like a perfect place for burger night!!!

On the positive side, the fries were very good. They were some of the best fries I’ve had in a while. Unfortunately, the burger didn’t have much flavor(I even got Cajun seasoning) and the bun was much too big for the burgers. Having the right size bun would definitely help. The toppings were fresh, but the burger was well done instead of medium-well as I asked. They forgot to put cheese on it, even though I handed them the order written down exactly as I wanted it. The coleslaw wasn’t very good and the mac & cheese was terrible. It had very little flavor. Lastly, the food is way overpriced. Almost $ 9 for an 8 oz. cheeseburger that was not very good is ridiculous. Five Guys has much better burgers for less than $ 7 and other local eateries have much better burgers for even less. If you want great fries, try BnD’z out. If you want a good burger at a decent price, I’d look elsewhere.
