Applebee’s

We enjoyed our meal and our waitress Heather had a pleasant disposition. She was very welcoming and helpful. We love the Wonton tacos.

Very nice atmosphere. Good food, and fairly reasonably priced. My only real complaint comes to their policies regarding alcohol.
Generally, I like to enjoy a Bloody Mary. It’s a rather spicy drink, so I also usually order a Blue Moon to go with it (as a means to cool the palette). The waiter refused to serve both beverages at the same time, noting that it was their policy to do so. I found this rather interesting, as I’ve never run into a policy like this anywhere else I’ve dined. These days, I have no issue coming here (as the food is very good), but I wouldn’t rank it among my first choices.

Pricy at times. But their steak sirloin is my favorite with grilled shrimp and they have really good French onion soup good friendly service

Come out for dinner and the food was very good like always. Our waitress, Alisha, was very attentive and very sweet.

Came in for a quick dinner on a Monday night. I sat at the bar. Not very busy. I ordered a beer and a classic burger pink in the center. The choices are pink or no pink. After a good long wait my burger arrived looking like a very burned hockey puck. I tried to cut into it to reassure myself that it only looked burned. It broke in half as I tried to cut into it. It was dry and way way way overcooked. I asked the bartender to just take it away and take it off the check. The manager never came over so I tracked her down on my way out to find a new restaurant. I don’t eat «do overs». The manager apologized with a deer in the headlights look on her face. If she doesn’t want these uneasy conversations she should oversea what comes out of her kitchen. She didn’t have anything to say that would make me even think of coming here again.

My fiancé I and a close group of friends and I attend this location often. I love their spinach artichoke dip and steak!
However the last time I got a steak I ordered it almost all done with just a little red and it came own light brown and raw the whole way through.
I was upset to hear that I bought my future in laws a gift card for this place and their waitress Rachel gave them a hard time and wouldn’t let them use it and also over charged them on their food adding extra sides that they never ordered to their bill. Steer clear of that waitress

The air is always blowing on high. The food has stepped up so who’s ever in the kitchen now has made me a return customer. The drink specials are good and the bartender does slack in alcohol department. If you get Amber as a server then you’re in for treat.

Need a better wine selection. if you don’t care for the Sutter Home @ $ 6.00 per glass, your next choice is kendall jackson at $ 13.25 per glass… quite a difference. We actually had dinner across the street and the Kendall jackson was only $ 10.25…we recently had kendall jackson in the airport (usually the highest price) and their kendall jackson was $ 12.00 per glass. I’m not sure who you are catering to but wine is a big seller these days. Disappointed in hermitage…

While my shrimp salad was just ok, my won ton tacos and mini dessert brownie were great. Best of all, my bahama mama was VERY strong (surprisingly) and, for that, four stars.

I ate lunch here and it wasn’t busy. The parking lot was small so it might be hard to find parking if it was busy. The interior was similar to other Applebees locations.
I ordered the Blackened Chicken Penne ($ 10.99) since it sounded good. My order took maybe five to ten minutes to come out. It didn’t look as good as I thought it would but it could also be the lighting. The chicken was just okay as well as the Penne. If the chicken was more blackened then I think it would have been better.
My waiter was nice and checked on me a few times. Overall, I thought this was an okay place to eat at considering this was a chain restaurant.

I was going to eat supper and have a couple of drinks here on a Tuesday night, but I ended up walking out before my food was served because my waitress disappeared and never came to check on me between taking my order and the meal coming out. I sat down at 6:05 PM and I left at 6:30 PM, 5 minutes after my waitress walked past my table and ignored me trying to get her attention. When I left, not one employee noticed me leaving, they were all too busy somewhere else.
I called the manager and told him what had happened and he told me that he was going to mail me a gift card as an apology for the poor service «the first thing in the morning tomorrow.» I have not received the gift card as of Saturday, so I doubt that he mailed it.
I’ve eaten here in the past, and the food is Ok, but the service is so hit or miss that I’m never going to eat at this Applebee’s again unless someone else is treating me to a meal.
Update: I called the corporate office and a week later I finally got the gift card that they promised.

Although I have never had a problem with service, I have had very few experiences her that I have really enjoyed. The food quality is very inconsistent. I have yet to have my food prepared to the standard I ask for. I only go here when I am asked, never because I picked it.
