Chili’s

This location needs help. When walking up to the front desk the hostess asked us to wait just a second and then ducked down to do something on the floor behind her desk was down nearly a minute half, very awkward, very strange. That led to the typical may take your name because we’ve only set half the restaurant and I can’t figure out where to sit you. Maybe if they had more than 50% other tables open they could figure this one out. When our server finally got to us we had trouble placing her order one person ordered steak but she never asked temperature so we correct that issue. The crazy thing is the server had «Trainer» on her shirt. She forgot to bring our margaritas so our drinks appetizers and entrées showed up all at the same time it was like a party (sarcasm). Never saw a manager, most likely hiding in the office knowing that his team is not up to the standard it should be and can’t face the public due to his/​her embarrassment.
Next time I am in the mall I’ll try someplace else.

No menus surprises but both my dinner and appetizer were ruined by inexperienced chefs. They made good on it but it ruined an otherwise good experience.
